All right, let's get this over with.

Kitazaki is one of the main villains from Kamen Rider Faiz. He is an Orphnoch, a species that is the next stage of evolution for humanity, and a member of the Lucky Clover, a quartet of assassins tasked with going after any Orphnochs who oppose the cause of wiping out humanity.

Unlike his fellow Orphnochs, Kitazaki isn't really interested in ensuring a future for the Orphnochs. He's only driven by two things: a love for killing and a desire to be the strongest. When the main character bests him in combat at one point, Kitazaki goes on a rampage killing innocent people just to taunt him. Kitazaki's bloodlust isn't solely focused on humans or rogue Orphnochs however and at several points in the…

Considering his original incarnation is listed, I think, this one should be listed too. Let's discuss Light Yagami's film incarnation.

He starts out as a generic high-school student, but after finding the titular Death Note he gets down the road from a murderous vigilante into an outright sociopathic murderer, who would murder anyone to preserve himself. His goal remains to become the "God" of the new world.

Worst in the story. While at first he murders criminals, he later on murders FBI-agents and his own girlfriend just to get a place in the investigation. He gets called "worse than any Shinigami" (Death Gods). In the sequel, he even attempts to murder his own father to get his goal done.

Crosses this, when he murders his girlf…

Okay I think I have one more candidate from the Bioshock universe to talk about from the first game the Infinite DLCs and the Rapture book, here's Dr. Yi Suchong.

Dr. Yi Suchong is a Mad Scientist brought to Rapture by Big Bad Frank Fontaine. Suchong performs various experiments on kidnapped victims alongside Dr. Brigid Tenenbaum, however unlike his cohort, Suchong has zero empathy or concern for the horrific experiments the two conduct. Suchong notably mutates several people into an amalgamated monstrosity in constant moaning pain before executing his failed experiment, something he often does.

As Tenenbaum creates ADAM and EVE, two chemical substances that grant the users superpowers (at the cost of being addictive and slowly …

I would like to introduce a new villain for the Pure Evil category. Introducing Alice Angel/Susie Campbell from Bendy and the Ink Machine

Susie Campbell is the almost actress for Alice Angel whose role was takin away. Joey cheats on her and this drives her insane. Later, she accepts an invitation from Joey to be part of an experiment, but the machine turns Susie into an abomination where "Alice Angel" gets her face twisted!

She tortures ink creatures and tied to extract ink from them and she recruits Henry, only to backstab him later via trying to kill him via elevator crash, all in attempt to become beautiful again. She experiments and legitimizes Boris by turning him into an ink-robot combo monster and sends it after Henry to …

Dr. Facilier - or the Shadow Man as he was more commonly referred to - was the main antagonist of Disney's The Princess and the Frog. While there's no need for an introduction, one aspect behind him that needs to be mentioned is his willingness to sacrifice the "wayward souls" of New Orleans to pay off his debt owed to his "friends."

For starters, there's the argument on whether or not Facilier's plight is seen as sympathetic. I mean, him being threatened with eternal damnation in Voodoo Hell if he ever failed to pay his friends back would be understandable...except it was his own fault for getting greedy with his friends and accumulating so much debt that he realistically couldn't hope to pay back. Since the film takes place d…
