Since Gundam has a medium-low heinous standard, This villain should go through proposal. Also the first proposal was deleted when it finished because the creator didn't meet the criteria.
What is the work?[]
Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team is an original video animation (OVA) anime series in the Gundam franchise. Released from January 25, 1996, to July 25, 1999, the 12-episode series details the exploits of an Earth Federation ground unit during the One Year War - specifically a month after the beginning of original 1979 Gundam series and into the final weeks of the war.
Who is he[]
Ginias Sahalin is a Zeon Rear Admiral and scientist serving as the director of the Apsalus Project. He is the final antagonist of The 08th MS Team
What did he do[]
Ginias was in charge of the Apsalus project, an attempt by the country of Zeon to make the mobile suit armor. While initially met with resistance from several high-ranking Zeon officials, Degwin Zabi personally signed off on the project. With that, Ginias began work on the project, with his younger sister, Aina serving as the test pilot.
After the Zeon forces were defeated in Operation Odessa, the Apsalus Project began to lose support, with it being instead focused on evacuating the Zeon forces into space. However, unwilling to halt work on the project go unfinished when it could turn the tide of the war in Zeon's favor, Ginias began secretly working to arrange things so that Apsalus would be finished in time to do participate in the final stand against the Earth Federation at Zeon's mountain fortress in Asia.
Ginias forcibly starts the Apsalus III against the Federation forces with Aina at the controls. However, Aina refuses to go along with his plans, and joins with Shiro to take down the Apsalus, killing Ginias in the process.
Why he does not qualify[]
Although Ginias sounds heinous enough, he cared for his sister Aina and Captain Norris Packard. Besides that, his freudian excuse is that he was exposed to cosmic radiation at the age of 12, causing him to gain an incurable madness, much like Daenerys Targaryen, who also gained an incurable madness from the family genes. Lastly, most of the Gundam villains are Tragic, Honorable, anti-villains or even generic ones.
Final verdict/Conclusion[]
Seemingly easy cut.
