Pure Evil Re-Proposal - Carter J. Burke

This is a character whom I seriously, seriously can't believe was rejected back then, so having gotten permission from a bureaucrat to repropose the following character last month, thought I should get into it now.

NOTE: Like my last proposal, this is a re-evaluation, so PLEASE address the new arguments if you're going to downvote. Otherwise, I'm striking your vote if you fail to elaborate.

  • 1 Who is the Candidate? What Have They Done?
  • 2 Freudian Excuse/Mitigating Factors
  • 3 Heinous Standard
  • 4 Final Verdict

No reason to make this long, so I'll just sum up the basics: Carter J. Burke is a junior executive for Weyland-Yutani. At some point preceding the start of the film, he discovered the Xenomorphs and sent over a hundred colonists to a ship near Hadley…

Pure Evil Re-Evaluation - Barty Crouch Jr. (Film)

Been looking forward to doing this. Fitting time to write this up too, following Pettigrew's approval.

NOTE: Just like with Pettigrew's proposal, this is focusing on the film version only, so any arguments related to the novel version is getting invalidated on sight.

  • 1 Who is the Candidate? What Have They Done?
  • 2 Freudian Excuse/Mitigating Factors
  • 3 Heinous Standard
  • 4 Final Verdict

Since this is a re-evaluation where I will be addressing stuff that we've been ignoring for a while, I will make this section short. Plus, everybody should know the franchise well enough by now anyway.

So without further ado, Barty Crouch Jr. is a Death Eater who spends Goblet of Fire scheming in disguise. In the novel, he is given redeeming qualities, a sympathetic motive …

The following candidate doesn't have a page yet. Will write it up once this discussion concludes.

  • 2 Who is the Candidate? What Have They Done?
  • 3 Freudian Excuse/Mitigating Factors
  • 4 Heinous Standard
  • 5 Final Verdict

Pure Evil Proposal - Psychopath (Angst)

The following character is not named in the movie, but for convenience' sake, I will call him Werner Kniesek in this proposal because the character was inspired by Kniesek and it is thus his unofficial nickname.

  • 1 What’s The Work
  • 2 Who is the Candidate? What Have They Done?
  • 3 Freudian Excuse/Mitigating Factors
  • 4 Heinous Standard
  • 5 Final Verdict

Angst is a 1983 Austrian horror film. It is about a psychopath who was recently released from prison who goes on a killing spree, and it was inspired by the story of a real life mass murderer called Werner Kniesek.

Werner Kniesek is the main protagonist and the narrator of the film. When he was a child, he was horribly abused by his mother. She eventually abandoned him, and he was sent to live with his grandmoth…
