The changes are small this time, so bear with me. Also hopefully this will be the last time we implement any changes to VFH.
- Well, it's been a year since we implemented the Admin's Choice months. This was mostly an experiment I cooked up, both to gauge a few things and to serve as a stopgap between regular months, and though the results weren't exactly perfect I can say they were satisfactory. With this I can say this experiment is concluded, so from this month on VFH will return to the regular schedule.
- The only other change is that, from now on, all votes must be justified, not just downvotes. This will hopefully prevent the voting from being used too much as a popularity contest.
