So, I decided to start reading some comics of a specific Marvel universe of Marvel, so I will start proposing some of the worst of the worst that this universe gives us… Journal 2, 1930, the serial killer that is out on this city is taking more victims, I hope that the man in red would get to stop them.

What is the Work?[]
Daredevil Noir is a marvel comic based on the character of the same name, but in a different universe where the majority of our heroes debuted in the 30s and 20s, having a pretty serious tone where our heroes are not as colorful as normal. In this comic about Daredevil, Matt Murdock is a blind man that became the hero of the same name, but not having enough resources to become a lawyer contrary to his original counterpart, deciding to go against the now two most powerful mob bosses of the city to protect a woman, Matt ends up getting to know that there was more in this case that he could think.

Who is Eliza/The Bullseye’s Killer? What did she do?[]
Eliza, was supposedly just an innocent woman that went to Foggy Nelson’s firm for help against her ex, who is now one of the most powerful mob bosses. But as it is revealed later on, Eliza is actually a serial killer known as the Bullseye Killer (yep, she is the Bullseye of this universe), an assassin hired by the Kingpin in order to get the competency finished.
As it is said at the newspaper, the Bullseye killer had already killed three cops with them not being her first victims, already being infamously known for being able to not miss a shot ever. She then is shown to have killed 5 people more in the docks by orders of Halloran (the other mob boss).
Manipulating Matt with her beauty and mysterious personality, Eliza seemingly knowing that Daredevil was following her, uses her abilities to throw nearly anything in a deadly way to kill a whole bar worth of people, letting multiple of them dying slowly by all the knives, forks and tools that were thrown and pierced through their skin, making Daredevil think that she was kidnapped by the Bullseye killer.
Revealing that she has been working for Halloran all of this time as a bodyguard, Matt ends up getting to know the real truth about it, that being that she was a double agent for the Kingpin, which Halloran laughs at only for Eliza to state that is true by killing Halloran with a knife to the eye. Getting into a fight against Daredevil by using anything at her reach, Matt gets to understand everything, she is a complete sociopath that can even convince her own body that she is telling the truth (explaining why Daredevil’s abilities didn’t see anything on her heartbeat that said that she was lying). Eliza states to her men to not get involved into this fight, but when one of them does it, she kills him while also killing anyone in her way to kill Matt herself. At the end, Eliza is nearly drowned by Daredevil before he decides to not do it, leaving the job to the police to imprison her.
Mitigating Factors[]
Not at all, Eliza is shown to be a manipulating woman who really enjoys killing people, while also revealing that she doesn’t feel and never felt anything for Matt, while also being able to betray her bosses if she is paid more, which is seen with Halloran. She is portrayed as a completely evil woman that maybe deserved to die, something that Matt and Foggy state after her defeat.
Heinous Standard[]
Although the comic has other villains such as Halloran and Kingpin, and villains from other comics of the Noir universe such as the nazi version of Dr. Octopus and other mobs such as the Crime Master or Dutch Shultz, Eliza stands out thanks to her lower resources, being pretty much the only serial killer that went as far as she did, killing dozens of people herself by using guns or tools, betraying her own bosses for money and even killing her own goons just for getting in her way to kill Daredevil, while also showing a lot of sadism in her crimes, nearly as much as the original Bullseye. With all of that into account, I feel that Eliza stands out nicely even with the more powerful villains of the Noir universe.
Final Verdict[]
A yes for the Noir version of one of the most vile villains that Daredevil has faced.
