Note: This is only about the character's Post Crisis version, so no information about any other incarnation should matter here.
Well, let's try again. Also, any sections copied from other sources are from sources already written by me.

PE Removal Proposal: King Magnifico
I've had my doubts with him counting ever since I saw him being approved after watching the movie. Having recently rewatched it, yeah, I don't think Magnifico here really counts. So here we go, my first removal! I don't think I'll do many, unless I come across a character I'm familiar with and disagree with them qualifying, like this case here.
Thanks yet again to ShockwaveDude120 for giving me permission to do this removal.

PE Proposal: Doctor Death, from DC Comics
Note: This proposal is meant to cover the character's Bronze Age and Post-Crisis history. Any other elements or versions of the character (Golden Age, New 52) shouldn't be brought up here.
The first supervillain Batman's ever fought. Kinda ironic that, for the guy whose archenemy is one of the most iconic PEs in fiction, his first recurring enemy of note was also a purely evil bastard.

PE Proposal: Black Mask, from Absolute Batman
Well, last proposal didn't really work out (can't say I agree, but, meh, what can I do) so, how about an easy candidate this time? Yet another qualifiable version of "heavily dark facial covering piece".

The Absolute Universe is a comic book initiative by DC Comics, an alternate universe where their main characters are in constant disadvantage against the forces of evil, who here have the upper hand. Most, if not all characters are heavily reimagined, heros and villains alike. Absolute Batman, first line alongside Absolute Wonder Woman, tells the story of a Bruce Wayne that is still t…
PE Proposal: Jim Phelps, from Mission: Impossible (1996)
Hello, and it is time to propose someone from a classic of spy movies! Even as the franchise grew more and more, and the villains and plots became each time bigger in scope, it is surprising the first movie's villain may have a shot.

Mission: Impossible is a 1996 spy movie that is very loosely based on the TV Show of same name. It follows Ethan Hunt (famously pprtrayed by Tom Cruise), agent for the Impossible Mission Force, or IMF, a high tech espionage government agency, that is framed with killing his own team and betraying IMF for a third party. The movie follows Ethan as he trie…
