“ | Victor: It's funny to think, though. Almost a hundred years ago, my kind sat across from your kind, much like you and I right now. And then they came up with that truce. Jay: Well, you broke that truce. You took people from my neighborhood. Innocent people. Did you think we were gonna let you get away with that? Victor: We? Who's this "we" you're talking about? Everyone's gone. I had them all killed. You should have taken my offer. Now it's all going to be mine. You see, you're the last piece. Once you're gone, this city's just one fat neck waiting to get sucked. Jay: You want me? Fine. Fair game. Maria and Benny have nothing to do with this. Let them go. Victor: That's not how this is going to go. Nobody walks. You know that. How do I look? Do I look okay? Do you want some? I saved her for you. Your sweet Maria. Jay: What? Victor: I saved her for you, Jay. Jay: No. No. Victor: Don't go soft on me now. We haven't even gotten started yet. |

That “steak” actually used to be a human…
What's the Work?[]
Night Teeth is a 2021 action-thriller film with vampires directed by Adam Randall and includes a cast with recognizable names such as Jorge Lendeborg Jr., Raul Castillo, and Debby Ryan. Centering on two brothers. Jay is tasked with governing the peace between vampires and humanity and Benny’s a driver posing as him when two girls hitch a ride with him. Not only are the two girls secretly vampires, but another one who’s particularly evil captures Jay’s girlfriend Maria. While Jay ventures to Boyle Heights so that he rescue her, Benny’s caught in the middle of it all and finds himself the one standing between a danger that threatens to destroy the vampire and human relationships forever.
Who is Victor and What Has He Done?[]
Played by Alfie Allen of all people, Victor is a short-tempered and heartless vampire seeking to lord over all of his own race. Victor is first described by Jay as wanting to kickstart a war on Boyle Heights and that he has seized Maria in order to get to Jay and his partner. Victor then cruelly texts Benny as he states his intention to get his brother and that he is gleeful to see the look on his face when he does. Victor himself then pours blood from a dispenser and we see dozens of imprisoned innocents in his lair. Victor drives towards three of his superiors’ residence, and when called out for breaking the rules, he cheerfully informs he sent his minions to dismantle their systems and proceeds to massacre them personally. Victor calls his girlfriend Zoe to inform her that they can use Benny and that he’ll take care of Jay.
When Jay and his colleagues storm inside and discovers the graphic scene laying before them, they investigate for Victor. When they instead find Gio, he tells them about Victor’s goal only to be gunned down when he moves. Victor then sends officer Anderson to force Jay and his partner to come to his place for a showdown. Victor once again calls Zoe about what happened at Three Kings as he states his plan to dispose of Benny and his grandma and then go to Venice tomorrow as he randomly murders a man on the streets. Victor then converses with Jay at his dinner table and casually states that not only has he destroyed his partners, he chopped Maria into pieces and cooked her into the steak he’s eating in front of him and mocks him, asking if he wants some. Blaire later discovers that Victor has Jay hostage and tells him.
In the morning, they finally enter Victor’s home and Benny discovers what the imprisoned boxes really are: blood banks for Victor to feast on with Jay being strapped and chained into one of them. Victor notices Benny trying to break him out and forcibly drags him to Zoe and Blaire. Victor then rejects Benny’s offer to set Jay free and take him but cheerfully informs him that he’ll feed on him first before finishing off Jay and their grandma. Blaire refuses to let him do this and Victor tries to let Zoe dispose of her. Benny and Blaire however work together to first melt Zoe. Jay escapes and tells Benny to run, but Victor spitefully bites his neck. Blaire angrily then stabs him multiple times and Jay pushes him to a window containing sunlight, agonizingly incinerating him. At the end, Benny fully cements himself as a vampire and thanks to Victor's deeds, there are tensions slowly rising across the entire globe that he, Jay, and a redeemed Blaire need to prepare for.
Heinous Standards?[]
Victor easily clears this. He runs a horrendous operation where he keeps dozens suspended and tied so that he can drain their blood when the time comes, he executes his superiors in graphic detail, he cruelly feeds Maria to a meat grinder and devours it as a meal, he massacres Jay's crew, he intends to consume as many humans as he can when he becomes the leader (starting with Los Angeles), he personally seeks to end Jay, his half-brother Benny, and their grandma, he attempts to have Zoe brutally stab Blaire in the chest when she betrays him, and finally bites Benny simply for besting him, as a result making him a vampire.
Mitigating Factors?[]
Victor's relationship with Zoe isn't delved much beyond him calling her sweet names, he forces her to go through with claiming Blaire's life despite the hesitation, and at the end shows zero remorse when she dies in front of him. Otherwise? He has nothing even remotely approaching of a excuse beyond despising the current state of the vampire-human coexistence, and it's entirely selfish as he just wants to conquer the world.
Final Verdict?[]
Easy yes to vampire Theon Greyjoy.
