Prometheus Black

So, a rather weird situation has happened. Queen Misery has removed Prometheus Black from Pure Evil without discussion, and when Jester of Chaos re-added the category stating that you need to discuss PE removals, Misery re-removed PE, again without discussion. Since QM is an admin, I think we're going to need a formal discussion about this character. I personally think he is fit for Pure Evil.

For those who don't know, Prometheus Black, better known after his mutation as Meltdown, is a reoccurring villain from Transformers Animated. He stands out as one of the most dangerous and most evil humans in the franchise. Queen Misery's arguments against him counting were that the heinous standard for Transformers was too high and he's just mook tier compared to the other villains. Now, technically, Transformers Animated is in its own universe, and Unicron, The Fallen, Harold Attinger, Airachnid etc. don't exist, so I wouldn't say the heinous standard of the Animated continuity is that high a bar to clear, but maybe I don't know how this works. Meltdown also has less resources than Animated Megatron or PE Lockdown, which also leaves a lower bar.

Now for his actual crimes, he tries to kill Isaac Sumdac by melting him alive whilst blaming Sumdac for all of his own problems, including the transformation that he inflicted on himself. He also tortures the Dinobots with his acid touch so much that they obey him and turn on their former friends so the pain will end. He also kidnaps Sari, a young child, in an attempt to perform gruesome experiments on her to turn her into an "organic Transformer", and had turned his lawyer and another innocent human into gruesome monsters mixed with animal body parts in other attempts to do this. Monsters that, if I recall right, blindly attacked and weren't turned back to normal at the end. Later on, Blackarachnia breaks him out of prison, and he thanks her for this by betraying her and attempting to destroy her Transformer half. This could kill her, and if it doesn't it will leave her with a body she's disgusted with.

Is he Pure Evil? I'll let you all decide, but remember: the Animated continuity doesn't have Unicron and The Fallen and such

I apologize if anything here is inaccurate. I haven't watched this show in years, but I do remember hating Meltdown as a kid.
