The SCP Mythos, a Creepypasta-esque series of stories about the SCP Foundation, an organisation dedicated to capturing monsters known as SCPs. I've currently got a proposal running on a human villain from the series, Dr. Rasmin Yelkov, and I'm now doing another: SCP-973-2.

SCP-973-2 is part of the entity known as SCP-973, along with its vehicle SCP-973-1. It appears in the form of a police officer between 10:00 pm and 4:30 am to kill anyone it finds.

If any vehicle travelling over 55 mph enters the stretch of road SCP-973 inhabits between the hours mentioned, SCP-973-2 will be dispatched to kill them. SCP-973-2 will tell them to "run, f*cker" and attack the vehicle, destroying it, before savagely killing the inhabitants. Methods of killing h…

So I found this guy while looking at SCP Foundation villains, and I thought he deserved looking into, so without further ado, here's my PE proposal for Rasmin Yelkov.

The SCP Mythos, a Creepypasta-esque series concerning the SCP Foundation, an organization dedicated to capturing monsters known as SCPs and containing them for the good of the general public. While there are several PE SCPs such as 106 and 4666, I'm not actually proposing one of them, but a human scientist responsible for creating SCP-1994.

Dr. Rasmin Yelkov is a Soviet scientist drafted for a project to create human teeth. While that doesn't sound so bad, believe it or not Dr. Yelkov finds a way to turn that into a crime against humanity.

During his research, Dr. Yelkov came ac…

The Night Of The Generals, a 1967 mystery film starring Peter O'Toole and Omar Sharif. Basically, Nazi official Lieutenant General Grau investigates the brutal murder of a prostitute. After a second is killed, Grau discovers the culprit: Wilhelm Tanz, a fellow Nazi general and raving lunatic and war criminal.

As a Nazi commander infamous for his callousness and high casualty rates, he plans to raze Warsaw if he faces even the slightest resistance. Then, one of his men is killed by a sniper and he orders flamethrowers and tanks to destroy Warsaw, killing God only knows how many civilians. A Polish prostitute is then raped and brutally murdered; as mentioned above, Tanz is responsible, and later kills a second one after he thinks Grau is out …

I am aware this villain is already PE, but I want to get her approved.

Abaddon is a Knight of Hell and one of the main antagonists of Season 9 of the TV show Supernatural who takes on the Winchester Brothers like many other demons.

    • When Cain fell in love with a woman named Collette, she possessed Collette and tricked Cain into stabbing her to death, emotionally destroying him in an attempt to force him to return to Hell.
    • She murdered a priest before having her followers possess members of his Church, allowing her to begin mining people's souls and turning them into her personal demonic slaves, resulting in one nun being driven to kill two people and then herself.
    • She slaughtered almost all of the Men-Of-Letters after possessing Josie Sands.
    • She s…

I can't believe I have to do this, but here we are: time to explain why Scrappy Doo does not qualify as pure evil.

Scrappy Doo is the infamously annoying and unpopular nephew of Scooby Doo who was later made main antagonist of the critically panned live-action film Scooby Doo: The Movie. Basically, he decides to take over the world with a demon army and kill the gang for kicking him out after he annoyed them once too often.

Anyone who's seen the movie should back me up on this: he isn't presented seriously at all. In the flashback to him getting kicked out of the gang, he's played for laughs, being humorously dumped on the side of the road after urinating on Daphne. When he's initially revealed as the villain, it's pretty much just "hey, remem…
