What is the work?[]
HITMAN 2 (2018) is a stealth spy game made by IOI Productions. Where you play as an Assassin named Agent 47 who is tasked to kill people in many different ways.
This game is the second part of the World of Assassination trilogy, where Agent 47 and Diana are tasked to kill members of the shadow client's private militia which later turned into destroying Providence when they find the Shadow Client themselves.
The Elusive Targets are a separate gamemode where at a temporary point in time 47 gets a contract to eliminate someone who only appears once before never being seen again.
Who is He?[]
The Censor or as his other name Joseph Gorski and The Serial Killer is the 6th Elusive Target of HITMAN 2, he is a sadistic serial killer who is known for sadistically torturing his victims to death, doing so to 16 people then grades them based on how much they struggled for their lives, only willing to stop killing people until he gets an A+. also the reason why he does kill is because he believes that evryone has the potential to be a serial killer
He eventually goes to a town called Whittleton Creek in Vermont where he searches for his next victim. When infamous assassin Agent 47 from the ICA is hired to take him down he is at a party at the WIlson's house, and is seen talking to 3 potential victims before Agent 47 kills him and ends his reign of terror for good.
Why doesn't he count?[]
To make it short, he isn't heinous enough nor does he really pass the baseline for hitman. Hitman games have too high of a heinous standard to the point where no matter how low resources you have, it doesn't matter, you need at least dozens or hundreds of kills to stand out in Hitman, while the Censor only has 16 kills and the main argument for him counting was of low resources and sadism, which is vile, but not enough for a franchise like this.
Even then there are worse serial killers out there for Hitman such as Etta Davis with 40+ kills who herself has less resources, Helen West who kills people and puts their brains in Muffins & Philo Newcombe with 7 confirmed kills but implied to have more and who himself isn't even heinous enough. Hell even Agent 47 has 349+ kills and has low rseources.
