"Hero" - Personal Project
this blog is just a way for me to update a project I've been working on for a long time now, a series of stories centered around a deconstruction of sorts of many "good versus evil" and "hero versus villain" themes in media - the project is a massive work in progress and thus Blogs seems the best way to help work on the concepts and get feedback etc.
The series is classed as a Mature title - not because I wish to focus on blood, gore or sex (quite the opposite) but because it has topics that are inappropriate for younger audiences and raise a few questions, as well as potentially cause some people discomfort.. as is the nature of such things.
the protagonist is a 30 year old man who has been on a rather destructive path for many years, havin…
Homicidal Maniac Rename
why don't we rename Homicidal Maniac to "Thrill Killer"? since they are basically the same thing and I feel homicidal maniac is open to more abuse as well as being a bit vague ("maniac" isn't really a good term.. since it really has little real meaning, it's a sensationalist word more than anything).

Adios
just a blog by which to say goodbye, will be heading from wiki as a whole to explore new things and whatnot, as such I shall be a retired admin as of now.
all I really have to say.
Anti Heroes =/= Villains

Get rid of Anti Heroes as a category, we have Protagonist Villain and Anti Heroes have no place here : "but some anti heroes do villainous stuff!".. so? some heroes do horrible things but as long as they fight for "good" they ARE NOT VILLAINS. (look up "Good is Not Nice")
a villain is a character that sets out to perform a malicious / evil act and often does not care, alternatively they work against "good" (good being society, world and law as a whole - regardless of personal ethics).
a villain may think they are "good" but they go against society's law…
