I nominate to remove Emperor Han from The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor from the Pure Evil category. F
irst off, his standards are not heinous enough. He commits murders and expresses his desire to rule the world, however Imhotep commits these same crimes. Imhotep actually kills more than Han does. If you look at Han's Personality section, it even states that he has a sense of honor and goes out of his way to protect his loyal followers.
With his redeeming qualities and his not-so-heinous standards, I propose that Emperor Han is not a Complete Monster.Read more >

He doesn't have a page yet but I am working on it, I should have a page up for him tomorrow but in the meantime I figure I while as start the discussion on him.
He is a rich, manipulative psychopathic teenaged rapist. Think Bryce Walker and Amdy Evans, except homicidal.

He likes tricking as his favourite sport, instead of using brute force and intimidation to achieve his goals, he prefers palying with people's minds and emotions, making them fight and kill each other. Ruby outright tolds Ash and the others that he always manages to seduce and control anyone, he even finds hilarious since he claims that the "funny part" when he tri…

I'm going to explain how each of his crimes stack up against the other villains in the Dollar Trilogy (or the DT as I'll refer to it as for the remainder of this EP).
Killing two out of a family of four: All three of the DT main villains destroy a family, but Angel Eyes is the only one that doesn't wipe the family out completely. Ramon and his gang burn the Baxter family's house and gun down the entire family after they surrender, while Indio has a former accomplice's wife and baby dragged outside and shot out of spite towards him before killing the man himself. In contrast, Angel Eyes only kills two of the family in question; the father because he was hired to, and the teenage so…

Ok so she was already accepted by TV Tropes but Valkerone decided to remove her before the rules were made (due to us relying on TV Tropes too much) so I thought I'd propose her on here now. Since I haven't seen the show and I'm lazy, I'm just gonna copy and paste her effort post from TV Tropes:
Piper Shaw, who is introduced as the stand in for Gale Weathers, but after The Reveal, has plenty of Roman Bridger influence (with a little bit of Cece Drake in there too). Years before the series, the town of Lakeview was terrorized by a serial killer named Brandon James, who was friends with Maggie Duvall, the mother of protagonist Emma, and had a sexual relationship with Maggie, that ended up getting her pregnant. The baby was Piper who was put u…
