What's the work
Dirty Harry is a 1971 action thriller, starring Clint Eastwood. It follows the San Francisco Police Inspector, Harry Callahan, who attempts to take down a serial killer.
Who is he
Scorpio, who's real name is Charles Davis, is a groundskeeper turned serial killer and psychopath who kills multiple people and threatens to do so in exchange for money or other means. He is Dirty Harry's first archenemy and they grow a vendetta against each other.
Scorpio is a complete psychopath with no concern for lives, happily killing innocent people if it will get him what he wants, as well as when he doesn't want to.
He starts by killing an innocent woman in a swimming pool in order to get the attention of the police force and threaten them to give him $100,000, or else he will continue to kill people, which he does, attempting to kill a priest, but is foiled. He then kills a young boy, showing he has no problem killing children.
He goes on to kidnap a 14 year old girl and buries her alive, demanding a ransom in exchange for her life. Harry then delivers the money to him after following his instructions, but he reveals that he was going to let her die anyway, showing that he has no honor and is happy to kill even when he doesn't need to. He then attempts to kill Harry there as well, despite the latter arriving with his money. The 14 year old girl ends up dying.
Scorpio is also an incriminator, falsely framing Harry of brutality. In the climax of the film, he takes an entire school bus of children hostage, planning to kill them all, although he is foiled by Harry. He then takes a young boy hostage and threatens to shot him when Harry is about to catch him. Scorpio is shown to be incredibly cowardly, sadistic and murderous
None. He is shown to be a total psychopath who puts no value on anyone's life and only cares about himself.
