Deranged (Yeongasi) is a 2012 South Korean disaster movie about a mysterious outbreak spreading itself in South Korea (very sorry if it brings RL bad memories to some people). This causes the country to declare the state of emergency. However, the outbreak is not due to natural causes or even negligence but rather to a malevolent plan concocted by my candidate.
