Belarus
A proposal about Natalya Arlovskaya, a.k.a. Belarus from Hetalia.

What's the Work?

Hetalia is a popular Japanese internet series, manga and anime franchise that started in 2007. It is about countries of the world personified and reimagined as people, mainly focusing on America, England, Germany, Russia, Japan, China, France and Italy. Belarus is a character that appears occasionally.

Who is she? What has she done?

Belarus is Russia, a.ka. Ivan's overly obsessive sister. Her aim in life is to be in an incestuous relationship with Ivan, who is put off by her creepy advances. She is always chasing him, asking him to marry her, and has no respect for his privacy. She even claws at doors when she knows he is hiding in a room. She holds a knife, and has most likely killed several people. She has threatened other characters such as Lithuania and Finland, and sometimes even her sister Ukraine, with violence and/or death if they even are in a 10 mile radius of Russia.

Freudian Excuse/Mitigating Factors

Natalya has no redeeming qualities that I can think of. She takes complete joy in stalking Russia and bullying other countries, especially Lithuania.

Heinous Standard

Hetalia has other characters who have done terrible, morally wrong things in the past, but have become heroic (Italy, Germany, Japan) where as others are more villainous but have never been presented as outright evil (Romano is anti-German, Prussia is a narcissist who has done some questionable things), but the closest to a real bad guy we have gotten is Belarus. She is homicidal, perverted, a bully, selfish, rude, disrespectful, creepy and uncaring. She literally holds a knife 24/7, claws at Russia's door, breaks all five of Lithuania's fingers off, is mean to Ukraine, and snarls at people. She probably would rape Russia if she felt like it. She seems pretty evil and heinous to me.

Final Verdict

Belarus should be approved.
