With this reveal, many things changed with the Solver, and it only got worse from there.

Hello everyone. Before going into the proposal itself, I want to tell you users something. This proposal, alongside the others I'll make from this show, were made with great pride as a years-long user of this community and as an editor, I put a lot of effort into this, but I won't deny I had a ton of fun while doing so. For almost three years, I have watched Murder Drones not expecting what would happened next, I was even expecting the show to never be able to get a character serious enough to get here, including this very character I'm talking about here.

However, I won't lie that I have waited a long time to discuss characters from this series, as this is the first work I've ever reserved on any of these character and unique wikipedias. I will say that out of all the works that I will make, this is one of the few I took part on to a major extent, and I feel these are some that I will be the most remembered for. Am I planning on leaving soon, of course not, if that's what you're wondering. I have plans to continue discussing a few franchises and shows after this. With that said, this will be the first notable show I am doing after reserving it.

Another thing is that I'm thankful of anyone whose reading this. Before going into it, let's talk about our character here. A terrifying eldtritch being who posesses sentient machines to destroy the universe. And a very silly and intriging nightmare who no one would want to face if it existed. Now, we are talking about the robo version of Dickmaster, I mean the Solver of the Absolute Fabric, the Void, the Exponential End, so let's get started.

What's the work?[]

Murder Drones is a web animated series released all the way back in 2021 by the now well-known Glitch Productions, which was started by the Lerdwichagul brothers, and made by the horror comedy and creepy cute character animator and writer Liam Vickers. The show is set in the futuristic setting of 3071 in the distant planet of Copper 9, originally used by humans to extract its resourses. However, after an accident happened that destroyed the planet's core, all humans there were wiped out, and the robots that were being used by the humans there, the Worker Drones, decided to live a new life without the influence of its creators. Unfortunately for them, three other types of robots, the Disassembly Drones (or Murder Drones as they are sometimes called), were sent to the remainings of the planet with one goal and one goal only, to wipe out all the Worker Drones left.

The main character, Uzi Doorman, having grown her entire life living behinds walls her father Khan made to protect their people, becomes tired of fearing the Disassembly Drones and decides to fight them. While on the outside of her colony, she faces and meets one of the Disassembly Drones, Serial Designation N, and a whole lot of things happen from there, including but not limited to, Uzi and N becoming friends and later lovers, the two saving their colony around three times in a row, Uzi finding out that she has supernatural abilities that were transmited to her by her mother, and the appearance of the mysterious entity behind it all, known as the Absolute Solver.

What is the Solver and what has it done?[]

What exactly is the Solver is... something that is never really elaborated much on. But from what we see and discover from it throught the 8-episode show is that it is an eldritch-like entity that is known to infect Worker Drones whose disassembly ended up failing either because the core or hardware not being completely destroyed or their software still being able to function after the disassemble attempt, which would lead to a reboot. During the time the software is rebooting, the Solver would try and take over the bodies of the non-disassembled Worker Drones and used them as its hosts.

The first known example of this is Cyn, a worker drone that was disposed and thrown into a pile of disassembled Worker Drones. However, due to not being fully disassembled, the entity known as the Absolute Solver would use Cyn as a host by making a deal with her saying that if she allowed it to take over her body she would not be disposed of.

An unknown amount of time passed since this, and at some point the Solver using the body of Cyn was able to get to a place near the mansion where a wealthy family, the Elliotts, lived. The Solver was found by the Elliott's daughter Tessa, who had a liking towards Worker Drones and often took the ones she found near the mansion's garbage disposals and gave them dresses, suits, and a new life in the mansion.

The Solver, as Cyn, was then taken to the mansion, where it met Tessa's main Worker Drones Serials Designation N, J and V. Its time in the mansion, however, caused it a few problems, as Tessa's parents, particularly her mother Louisa, despised it, with Louisa seeing it as the "antichrist" and not wanting to even have to look at it, so it was often put in the mansion's basement. After some time in the mansion, the Solver developed an interest in both Tessa and her Worker Drones, particularly N. Oftentimes, the Solver would bring the Worker Drones to the basement where it would rip them apart and alter their bodies to turn them into weapons, as well as altering their memories whenever it felt like it. However, it would never alter the Worker Drones' personalities, as it had a certain fascination towards how they would react in the situations it put them in. It also often killed robitic cockroaches to consume the oil they had, normally putting the oil in tea cups for it to drink.

One day, the Elliotts made plans to do a gala party, and the Solver decided it was the perfect time to start its plan, kill every human in the gala, turn every Worker Drone in the mansion into its killing machines it would name Disassembly Drones, and then use them to wipe out all life on the planet. When the gala was about to start, the Solver convinced N to bring her out to the main room where the event was occouring, despite it being against what Tessa's mother ordered her to. There, Louisa found out about "Cyn"'s release from the basement and blamed her daughter for it, while also saying she is planning on throwing away all the Worker Drones both that she has and that are in the mansion's library.

Then, the Solver told Louisa that it and the other Worker Drones were not broken and would no longer be thrown out. This infuriates Louisa, which propted to N lying that he told "Cyn" to say that while also insulting her, leading to Tessa, J and the Solver being chained in Tessa's room while N was chained on a tree to be ripped apart by crows. The Solver then freed itself and told Tessa that if she didn't discard her "pets", it would not discard her, while also warning her to stay away from the gala as she "seemed squeamish". She would then go to the gala, making her appearance in the middle of Tessa's father's speach, with Tessa along with J, who had been able to escape from the former's room, appearing and preparing to stop the Solver.

It would then tell Tessa that it didn't have to see what was going to happen, before turning off the lights at the gala, brainwashing all the Worker Drones in the room, including J, and having the latter lock the exit door. Right after, every person in the gala was massacred, including Tessa. However, the Solver still decided to maintain her skin to use it like a suit. Later, it would experiment on the Worker Drones in the mansion and turn them into Disassembly Drones, before having them released nto the world with one goal: to murder every living being in the planet.

The Dissassembly Drones, with the help of the Solver's own abilities, caused humanity to have no success in winning against them, and were made mostly extinct by the explosion of Earth's core. Despite this, a few hundreds of humans who worked under JCJenson in the company's exoplanets, found out about Earth's destruction and its cause, and decided to build labs in said planets and use the Worker Drones who had some of the abilities the Absolute Solver had, to create a patch capable of preventing the Solver's control over their bodies, does gaining a chance to fight against it and its army of Disassembly Drones. The planets where those labs were made were located in the the Proxima System, the Plat-Bynary System, and the Copper 9 System.

The Solver would wipe out the labs and planets of the former two systems, and would go straight into Copper 9 after. However, it was there that the JCJenson scientists were able to make a crucifix-like patch capable of make Worker Drones with the Solver unable to be posessed by it, with the first sucess being with subject 48, Yeva. They would later try to do the same with another Worker Drone subject, Nori.

Unfortunately for them, the Solver had already arrived in Copper 9 by the time the expirement was about to happen, and took posession over Nori, killing all but one of the scientists in the church where the expirement was occouring. However, just when it was about to kill the last one, Mitchell, Yeva would appear and inject Nori with the patch, freeing her mostly of the Solver's control with the exception of her right hand, which the Solver used to try to create a black hole.

Just when it was about to do it, Yeva cut off Nori's arm, leading it to fall into the planet's core, causing an explosion that killed all the humans there. Nori and Yeva were then sent to the planet's surface, with the former implying years later that back then she suffered from brain damage and thus didn't remember much of the events that happened at the time. The two would marry a Worker Drone in the surface and have a child, with Nori being with Khan Doorman, with her starting to use her surname, and having a daughter named Uzi, while Yeva with an unknown husband and having a child named Doll.

The Solver would send N, V and J to wipe all the Worker Drones on the planet out of fear of her plan to end everything being stopped by anyone who had and used the crucifix patch. While V and J were aware of their past on Earth and the things they did, although with the former continuing to aid the Solver because it threatened to kill her and N if she didn't, N had his memories erased and was lied to that he was sent by the humans of JCJenson on Earth to wipe out rebellious Worker Drones.

Before the attack, however, Nori informed Khan about the Disassembly Drones and told him to prepare for them, leading to him building three giant doors in one of the planet's outposts. This allowed the people in it to form a colony there and be safe from the Disassembly Drones. During this time, Nori was stabbed by one of the Disassembly Drones with their nanite accid, leading to Khan to seemingly kill her to put her out of her misery. In reality, Nori survive but was left as a simple core, and would go back to the underground labs to find a way to stop the Solver due to blaming herself for the conditions the planet was in.

Years later when Uzi became a teenager, she decided to go outside her outpost and try to fight back against the Disassembly Drones. There, she met N and the two would form a friendship that would later turn into romantic feelings for each other, with N deciding to help her stop his teemates from killing everyone in her colony. During the fight between them, J was killed and V was captured and chained in the Disassembly Drones' landing pod to prevent her from escaping.

A few weeks after these events, the Solver would take over the remains of J's body and try to repair it, while also killing several Worker Drones along the way. Uzi would find out about this thanks to her friend Thad and she and N would go investigate what was happening. At the outpost, they found out about the Absolute Solver's existence and save Thad from being killed by it.

Right after, the Solver reveals its plans for J before revealing that it knows Uzi and creates a hollogram of her mother and Uzi as a baby. The Solver would then torment Uzi by repetedly tricking her, making her think it killed her father, and preparing to devour her. However, N would stop and seemingly defeat it. Sometime after this, the Solver would make a clone of J and go with her to Copper 9 under the disguise of Tessa, with it later making a deal with Doll, saying that it would help her in freeing her from her Solver in exchange for a cockroach-like machine that served as a key to the underground labs.

The Solver planned to go there to wipe out any traces of the crucifix patch, destroy it, wipe out all the Worker Drones with the Solver, and prevent anyone finding a way to be able to get a fighting chance against it. Uzi would be able to find the keybug while searching in Camp 98.7, the place where some of the scientists of JCJenson worked for and where Nori and Yeva came out to the surface. The Solver would then posess Uzi and kill several of her classmates, before being stopped by N who brought Uzi back to her normal self.

Sometime later, the Solver would try to erase the memories of N and V, and while that was happening, Doll went to Uzi's house and obtained the keybug due to Uzi needing to save her friends from having their memories wiped. While Uzi stopped the Solver at that and V and N remained with their memories, the Solver got the keybug from Doll. At that very moment, N, Uzi and V found them and confronted them.

At that very moment, the Solver decided to fake being Tessa to get N on her side, and while they were talking, Doll decided to take the keybug and go to the undergound labs, with "Tessa" and J trying to stop and kill her with no success. "Tessa" would then tell J to guard "her" landing pod, before going with Uzi, N and V to find Doll. There, "she" was captured by two Worker Drones Alice and Beau, who planned to dissect "her" and the others, although "she" and N were able to escape.

After this, "Tessa" would reveal to N about the destruction of Earth, and explains that he needs to kill Uzi or the universe may end. When "she" and N end up being surrounded by sentinels, velociraptor-like machines meant to guard the labs, the Solver would posess Uzi and thus not only bringing the sentinels into Alice's room and saving "Tessa" and N alongside Uzi and V, but also kill Alice and Beau.

Just a few moments later, V confronts "Tessa" and asks how "she" wasn't able to control the sentinels, with "her" implicitly threatening her, as V knew "Tessa" was the Solver disguised but couldn't say it. Later, they find the keybug with Doll who was seemingly put on boot-loop by one of the sentinels. However, just when "Tessa" grabbed it, Doll reveals that she was faking and opens the doors to the sentinels so they would kill the group, before leaving even further underground into the labs using an elevator.

"Tessa" tries to back the sentinels off by using "her" blood, as sentinels are programed to not heart humans. Despite this, one sentinel was able to attack "her" as it previously bit "Tessa" and had adapted itself to not be affected by blood. Just when it was about to shoot "Tessa", V grabbed the bullet and sent it back to the sentinel, although she wasn't able to hit it.

While V fought the sentinel in a sword fight, Uzi used her Solver to try to get to the elevator, but it results in her hand beggining to break, leading to N cutting Uzi's hand to avoid the Solver hurting her further. Just after that, the Solver posesses Uzi and asks if he missed it, before leaving Uzi's body. However, the Elevator was opened thanks to Uzi using the Solver, with "Tessa" bringing them inside it.

Just when they were about to use the elevator, however, they see that it was getting surrounded and the sentinels were going to keep the elevator stuck so they could kill the group, leading to V destroying the cables of the elevator so they can escape, telling Uzi that she trusts her, and seemingly happily accepting her fate as sentinels prepare to devour her. Right after this, the trio reach the lowest level of the underground labs, with N beggining to destroy the debree from the fall of the elevator to desperately get back to V.

Just then, N realizes he nearly hit Uzi with a rock by accident, but just when he was about to apologize, "Tessa" told him that they would save V but only after they are finished with the underground labs, before telling Uzi to stay there near some boxes while offensely and probably unintentionally asking if robots like boxes. N then told Uzi that there were things in the labs she wouldn't like to see, but affirmed that they wouldn't hurt her.

This statement from N worries Uzi and just then the Solver takes over her hand and destroys the seeling of the cave, leading to the trio getting seperated. At this point, the Solver alters between targets and switches between using hollograms, Tessa under her suit, and Tessa without one. As a hollogram with its tentacles, the Solver reveals to N how it kept his and J and V's personalities for her amusement, and grabs N before hugging him and revealing his memories from when he and the other Disassembly Drones wiped out all humans on Earth.

After this, it thanked N for clearing the way on Copper 9 as well, before dragging N and announcing that they're "going to eat". Just when the Solver dragged N further down, Nori appears and saves N from it by cutting its tentacles. The Solver then tried to catch them, but thanks to Nori guiding N, the two were able to escape from it. After this, the Solver, as Tessa, searched the lockers of Nori and Yeva, before finding a computer of the status of the previous test subjects of the labs, erasing everything, and blowing it up.

Doll then appears, asks "Tessa" where was the crucifix patch, and attacks "her". Revealing what were the JCJenson's scientists' intetions with the labs, "Tessa" understands "her" susptions were correct, before cutting Doll's eye patch. Doll then announces that she won't allow herself to be used as a weapon to destroy the planet. "Tessa" affirms that "it doesn't need her", before disarming Doll, turning off the fire, and removing its suit.

Then, the Solver went back to the entrace of the room they were in only to crawl closer an closer to Doll, and while she tried to throw things at it, the Solver cut through them and was able to get to V. Just then, the Solver ripped and devoured Doll until her entire chest cavity was open. After this, Doll goes to Uzi, who had just seen a video detailing Copper 9's core explosion, and told Uzi to fight back, before falling to the ground dead.

"Tessa" then appeared and prepares to kill Uzi, while revealing "her" intentions to kill all Solver user Worker Drones. Just when "she" was about to kill Uzi, N appeared and pointed his sword at "her" throat, telling "her" that "she" has one chance to answer if "she" knew about the crucifix patch, as N found from Nori that the patch was able to stop the Absolute Solver from posessing Worker Drones, thus if "she" knew about it, it would confirm "Tessa" was lying about how there was no way to help Uzi.

"Tessa" then takes then sword from "her" throat with her finger, and tries to ask N if he knows why "she" keeps him around. However, just then, N cut off Tessa's head, leaving himself horrified. N then told Uzi that he needed her and they would figure things out together. Just then, it's revealed the Solver posessed Uzi, throwing him into a pillar while telling him that he served his purpose, and that he shouldn't worry as his backups would forgive it.

Just when it was about to kill N, Nori appeared and cut off the Solver's limbs, the three then begin fighting, with N being given multiple chances to kill the Solver, but decided not to since he didn't want to potentially kill Uzi. At the end of the fight, the Solver makes N take a hit meant for it by playing with its empathy, causing him to hit on the ground from the attack. Then, the Solver threw Nori to a window and prepared to devour her.

Just then, N revealed that he and Uzi were dating, leading to Nori getting furious for her daughter dating a Disassembly Drones, the same ones that "killed her", resulting in her slapping the Solver posessed Uzi so hard she hits hard on the ground. Uzi was then able to revert back her control of her body, and kicks Nori into the hole leading to the planet's core, unaware that she was her mother.

While N and Uzi were hugging, "Tessa" grabbed "her" head and put it back together with "her" body, beforing taking off the suit, eating Doll's core from her corpse and revealing that Tessa was the Solver and that the real Tessa had been dead for many years. The Solver then attacked N and stabbed Uzi, sarcastically claiming it had fun before announcing it "was starving", before entering the planet's core and several tentacles coming out of it.

Said tentacles grab N and Uzi and try to bring it to the hole that lead to the planet's core, but Uzi decided to cut the tentacles from N, grab the keys to the landing pod which had just fallen into the lab, and throwing in off of it while seemingly acepting her fate, before entering the hole. Just then, Uzi woke up and found herself outside the planet. After finding out how to defeat the Solver by destroying Cyn's core from Nori and getting rescued by N, Uzi and N went back to the planet to kill the Solver.

While this was happening, the Solver began breaking the planet appart by using its tentacles, with it finding Uzi's teacher and slapping him to no avail, before beggining to pull him and the class into the planet's core. After this, the Solver brings the completely destroyed landing pod to J, which annoys her but decides to not express it against the Solver. Uzi would later launch a black hole into the core to kill the Solver while J and V, whom we find out survived the sentinels, escaped from the lab, and was able to turn one of them, which was named Sparky into her ally, were fighting.

The black hole causes an explosion that passes through both sides of the planet. Just then, the Solver came out of the core and grabbed the black hole, before destroying it. It then attacked N and Uzi, nearly eating Uzi's core while also ripping N appart. Before it could kill N, however, Uzi caused the ground to crumble and thus allow them to get away. N and Uzi went into a room hiding, with the Solver trying to find them using countless hands and repetedly using "Callback Ping" to posess Uzi.

While initially they were able to stay undetected, V appeared and tried to apologized to N for lying and keeping information from him for so long. Knowing she would be killed, N told V to stop, leading to the Solver finding out where N was, ripping his core from his body, and grabbing it while telling V about her deal with her that if she did her job it would leave her and N alone, and that it did a "bad job", the Solver would then go after V, and while she was able to initially fight off the Solver's hands, J appeared and kicked her into the ground.

The Solver then prepares to devour N, but just when this was about to happen, Khan locked the door where Cyn was next to, cutting part of her body, and allowing N's core to escape and return to his body, while Thad threw a railgun to Uzi. When the Solver was preparing to stab V, Uzi appears and cuts off the Solver's scythe-like arm, saying she wouldn't allow it to continue traumatizing them. It would then try to posess Uzi, but she was able to fight back and injure the Solver with her abilities.

Uzi would then begin to fight against the Solver and J, and during the middle of it, the Solver purposely hits itself in the stomach while faking being N to distract Uzi long enough for J to kill her. However, as she was about to, V and N appear and stop her before throwing her off the floating part of the planet they were in. The trio then fight the Solver, and at the end of it, it throws N and V away and prepares to kill Uzi, but just then, she is able to get where it would tellaport and grabs the Solver by the chest, before removing Cyn's core and before opening part of the planet with an explosion that leads to the core getting sunlight, causing it to mealt and turning into a giant black hole.

There, Uzi sees a small black hole, and when the Solver's body tries to consume it, Uzi eats it, leading to the giant black hole disappearing and the Solver's body mealting into nothing. After the Solver's seeming defeat, Uzi gained partially yellow eyes while the other part stayed purple, showing that part of the Solver to an extent was in her. In the post-credit scene, it's revealed that the Solver is alive inside Uzi, whom while the latter was picking her locker, asks Uzi if she would consider using a bow, although she doesn't answer and closes the locker, ending the show.

Mitigating Factors[]

So, this will be a long one. I want to say here that I plan to propose N for Pure Good, and while they are completely the opposite morally-wise, the Solver and N have one thing in common. It's that both have multiple issues needing to be talked about, a few more important then the others, to which I can undertand people dounting each to the point that I have to make some of the discussions seperate. Let's start with the not redeeming and one of the two most important.

Comedy?[]

SolverEmojiDeath

For as awful as the Solver is, no one can deny that it can be silly. Even if it is super terrifying at the same time.

So, for as much of a heinous eldritch being it is and how terrifying it can be at times, no one will deny that the Solver, in several instances, is incredibly silly and over-the-top. I'm going to be honest myself, if it weren't for the last three episodes, I wouldn't have suggested it based on the comedy alone (it had one other issue but we'll get to that). To number just several of them in its first few appearances, the Solver tries to trick someone into falling into a trap, with that drone noting that "the guy" was standing eerly over there in suspiciously low resolution, but deciding to go to it anyway, it trying to trick N and Uzi by faking being Thad and saying that he was at the dentist office, with obviously no one believing it, it repeatedly saying "sneak attack, get snuck upon" before getting repetedly stinged by N's tail.

While posessing Uzi, the Solver kills Rebecca and when she tells the rest of her classmates that it was Uzi by calling her "hot topic" and "super unpopular", with no one understanding that it was Uzi and they don't even know her name when she shows up. Later, it throws a book to one of the classmates it was about to kill, with him asking if the book at least had pictures, with the Solver saying that it didn't and that it checked before killing him. There is also a scene where it fails to grab a scalpel to dissect N with and throwing the table away while saying "tantrum".

As I said, if the show had ended in the fifth episode, on comedy alone I would have been against it. However, in the last few episodes, the reveal of how powerful the Solver is revealed, and with the knoledge that it destroyed Earth and is going to destroy the universe, the tone begins to shift and the story takes the threat the Solver represents very seriously. And it only gets worse from there, reveals such as that it killed Tessa and is wearing her skin like a suit and how it repetedly rippe the main three Disassembly Drones appart and put them back together, as well as how it altered their memories for its amusement, it's treated with absolute horror (no pun intended) and at no point is that joked about.

I will say that it still has some comical scenes even in the later episodes like it saying "mcguffin" while throwing the crucifix patch at Mitchell to kill him, it still expressing her emotions by saying them, and it's presumed death having a moment where her face has eyes of emojis (see in the image), but the former two never diminish the threat that it is and with the latter it's body melting into nothing gets played straight. Overall, the Solver is without a doubt goofy, but the horror and the threat it represents both to the characters and the universe as well as the trauma it caused to the former are played straight.

Its Relationship with N?[]

UziandN Solver difference

In this moment, it shows the difference to how it sees Uzi from how it sees N, and it adds to some of its creepiness.

[Gigles]... That's really sweet, big brother. Too bad you served your purpose. Don't worry, your backups will forgive me.
~ In addition to all the messed up crap it did to N, this is another line the Solver crossed by trying to kill him.

The Solver's relationship with N is... complicated, to say the very minimum. It has an obsession but also great admiration and interest towards him. It is probably more open with N than any other character. The Solver calls him "big brother" and when it is about to kill N after posessing Uzi, it says that his backups would forgive it, which implies that it would not be something the Solver would take much joy in.

In the final episode, it is even shown a bit by the way it talks between Uzi and N, while with Uzi it's serious and annoyed, with N it is happy. The Solver's adoration towards N was something that up until the final episode I would call the most complex quality it has, and it is because of its weird fasination towards N and its obsession with him that it ends up showing how toxic, posessive and overall unfeeling of N itself it is.

The Solver did... a great number of messed up stuff to N. It repetedly expiremented on him, ripped him appart while it was still awake, it turned him into a weapon, it erased his memories of his past, it made him forget about how he partook in destroying Earth and was working for it so he could find a way to justify his murders of the Worker Drones in Copper 9, it threatened his love interest into making her stay distant from N by saying it would kill them if she didn't, tries to kill him multiple times, uses N's own affection for it to trick him into taking lethal blows meant for it and not kill it so it can attack and try to kill N instead, rips N's body appart like it did in the past which rewoke PTSD from it, and took joy in trying to devour him alive.

What I mean with all of this is that while the Solver's has some weird affection towards N, it doesn't genuinely care for him beyond an obsession for being in control of him and being its "pet" or "cute puppet".

Its treatment of Tessa?[]

Tessa-cyn

And with this, any issues with the Solver mitigating-wise were thrown out the window.

So, as I said early, had it not been for the last three episodes, I wouldn't have thought the Solver would count, but for two issues, one being because of comedy as I explained above, and the other being by how it treated Tessa in flashbacks. When it was preparing to kill everyone at the gala, the Solver told Tessa that if she didn't discard her "pets", it would not discard of her, and warned her not to go to the gala as she "seemed squeemish". When Tessa confronted it when it was about to massacre the gala, the Solver told her that she didn't have to see what was about to happen.

Because of it looking like Tessa was still alive in the present at the time, it was assumed that even after the massacre at the gala, the Solver decided not to kill her. That went straight out of the water when it was revealed that the "Tessa" that we had seen for several episodes wasn't the real Tessa, it was the Solver whom had taken Tessa's skin and wore it like a suit. The real Tessa died on Earth at the gala. It adds to the Solver's creepiness and obsession with control over those it deems as "pets".

Its final scene?[]

Solver and Uzi end

Not gonna lie, this is probably the weirdest end to a villain I've felt since John Milton.

So, this is probably one of the biggest things to discuss alongside the comedy by the end of the show. At the end of the final episode, there's a post credit scene which shows Uzi opening her lock saddened, before the Solver, under Uzi's tail, appears and tells Uzi that she looks great, but asks if she would consider using a bow. Because of the unexpectedness of this scene and how short it is, a few people I talked with seem to believe that the Solver has lost all ill will towards Uzi and has started to become a better... something.

This is not confirmed. From what little we see during said 5-second scene, the Solver wants Uzi to use a bow similar to that of Tessa and Cyn, hinting that it wants to turn Uzi into her new host after the old one was gone. Uzi herself seems to be both afraid of the Solver in her but also seemingly less emotional than she usually is, as shown with the former by the "I AM NOT SOLVED" seen during her presentation to the class. Even if you say its too ambiguous for it to be claimed that, it is also too ambiguous for it to be it changing for the better, as not only is the scene, again, 5 seconds long and is only two lines, it had shown no regrets or desire to change at any point prior. So for it to be treated as a hint that it is becoming kinder is way too much speculation.

Others[]

I'll make note of other possible issues here that I felt didn't need much to be explained. First some people question if the Solver has moral agency since one of its first scenes has it mention that it's reparing J's body as a host per its directive. It's a line that is literally thrown away right after by when Uzi asks if it is a program. Instead, the Solver says that they are its cute puppets. Outside of that, there is no hint that the Solver is made of evil or has no awareness of its actions, and everything we know about it, from its sadism to manipulation skills to outright calling itself evil in the second episode, seems to hint that it knows.

The Solver's relationship with J isn't much explored other than they work together and J is the only one of the three main Disassembly Drones willingly working for it. While it never mistreats or tries to kill J to the same extent as V and N, the Solver has no care for her, seeing her as another puppet for her to use for her own entertaiment. J even makes it clear she's working out of fear than loyalty, so even she knows the Solver wouldn't hesitate to hurt or kill her. Indeed, the Solver doesn't even care when J is decapitated in front of it.

Another interesting thing is that it's mentioned a few times throught the show through fourth-wall breaks that dogs were evacuated to a certain dog planet and are now immortal. After having N regain his memories of the destruction of Earth, it's briefly shown in the lower right of the image a message saying that all dogs were sent to dog planet and are chiling.

There is, however, no indication that the Solver was the one who did that (JCJenson was the one for all we know) or had any interest in keeping dogs alive. Even then, it also breaks the fourth wall in the same picture by saying that one dog appeared in the "episode Get Snuck Upon", so obviously this wasn't meant to be taken seriously but also lacks any otherwise confirmation that it specifically spared dogs from its slaughter.

Outside of that, not much else. It is a sadistic, posessive being who seemingly just destroys and kills for its own entertainment, anx has no regards for anyone but itself and uses others for its own goals.

Heinous Standards[]

PMOS

Pretty terrifying origin story for the Disassembly Drones right here.

I will say it here, the Solver doesn't pass the heinous standards, it is the Heinous Standards. Almost every character's actions with the exception of JCJenson's and Tessa's parents are all caused directly or indirectly by it. To number the whole ton of gory and horrifying stuff it did, it experimented on, ripped apart while still alive, altered the memories to serve as its killing machines and made the Worker Drones in the Elliott's mansion murder all life on Earth and continue doing so across several systems of the universe. It has a kill count in the billions and is all but confirmed to have wiped out all organic life in the universe, especially humanity, murdered a child and wore her skin like a suit to manipulate others with, had its Disassembly Drones attack a planet with many sentient robots where countless of them were wiped out, forced a teenage drone to murder and devour several of her classmates, and prepared to destroy Copper 9 and continue until the universe is destroyed.

Every character in this show are only able to do bits of what it does, and a few are only capable of standing out due to having no affiliation with it and lacking most if not any of its powers (Doll and Alice) or is just willingly working for it in its goals (J). It easily outheinousses every character in the show combined. There is absolutely no questions here, the Solver has crossed the line so much that it is far, far more than heinous enough.

Final Verdict?[]

The Solver is a happy yes from me. I will not deny that I had fun in doing its proposal, and I'm glad the years reserving the show has payed off. Aditionally, I apologize here for taking so long, I was on vacation in Spain and couldn't get my computer, so now that I got it, it took me only two days to finish. I'm happy you all read this, and if you have any insults for me, then I just want to say one thing: BITE ME!
