a pompous noble who is officially out to settle North America for the King but in reality simply wishes to make himself rich via exploiting the land, convinced the land has much hidden gold he seeks to deforest and ruin the environment, he appears somewhat comical at first but his actions are by no means comedic, he treats everyone around him as inferior and will only play "nice" if it is to manipulate others: as he becomes aware of Native Americans he seeks to wipe them out entirely, seeing them as a threat to h…
PE Proposal - Eli Mills (Archived)

Okay, I know Eli Mills was downvoted on TV Tropes, but because we are not TV Tropes (also, their standards are high as f***), and everyone on his talk page seem to agree with him being Pure Evil, I decided to propose him here.

Yes, he has a clear personality and goal. He is a manipulative, greedy, ambitious, and treacherous businessman who only wants money. He is also a sadist.
This is something I'm concerned about. The Jurassic Park franchise revolves around dinosaur attacks. Howev…
PE Proposal - Kai Chisaki (Archived)
- Original by ShockwaveDude120: https://villains.fandom.com/f/p/3179493162221866979
Since we're doing this new Pure Evil format, I'd like to give this guy at least one more chance before officially deciding.
NOTE: The following section will contain spoilers, so for those that only watch the anime, it would be wise not to read this.

Kai Chisaki is the leader of Eight Precepts of Death, a yakuza group of terrorists. He is an insane individual that suffers from mysophobia, believing everyone around him are ill with "hero syndrome" and are in need of a cure. Because of his mysophobia, he refuse…
PE Proposal - Jo Slade (Archived)

I’d like to bring up Jo Slade from Dead Rising. I believe she’s Pure Evil, and I even brought it up once before but that discussion got ignored on a MONUMENTAL level. Given that, I actually added her to the category once (just to have it removed almost immediately). Even though it wasn’t meant to be spam, and I truly believed it, I completely acknowledge that it was a very noobish mistake on my part and I apologize for it.

PE Proposal - GOLB (Archived)

Adventure Time ended and with it brought a new, quite interesting, villain that it's been building up to for years. I was wondering whether to effort-post him but as he's been quite divisive on whether he counts or not, I thought, why not.
GOLB is basically a deity from before time itself began - it's implied it created the world of monsters that the Lich hails from, as in the finale, it uses his breath to fuse Candy People into horrific beings not unlike the Lich. GOLB is mentioned to be the embodiment of chaos, but I would argue it still has agency and sentience - it just isn't capable of speech. Other characters explain it in flashbacks, for instance, when a chara…
