Villains I Don't Like

Jeff the Killer - He is, in my opinion, the worst Creepypasta character that was ever made. The Creepypasta is not scary in the slightest, because it's very unrealistic. I mean, Jeff would've become blind when he burned his eyelids out, and he would've gotten infected after he slit his mouth to make his signature smile. That, and in the original story, Jeff was 13 years old. How in God's name is he able to overpower his parents? There's also the fact that the scene in which he murdered his entire family was really only there for the sake of blood and gore. Let's not get into the controversy regarding his original picture.
Ghetsis - Besides the fact that there's a certain user who won't shut up about him being a CM, Ghetsis himself isn't actually an interesting character. He's rather generic. Most of the Pokemon villains have generic goals.
Jasper - She's your typical sergeant nasty, and I personally find Peridot as being more interesting than her.
Scarlet Overkill - She was built up as being some huge threat to the Minions, but when I actually watched the film, she was really bland/not interesting.
