Ok guys i know this has been done before but I can't bring myself to accept it until I know I have at least taken some action myself to get other people's responses.
Who is John Milton?[]
John Milton is the man responsible for Roman Bridger (the Ghostface who put all the events of the series in motion) becoming who he was as he and other men had gang raped is mother, Maureen Prescott (mother of our heroin, Sydney) resulting in his birth. After Roman found her she rejected him and he orchestrated her death through Billy Loomis, who posthumosly caused the deaths in Scream 2 as his mother tried to avenge him.
Why Doesn't he Qualify?[]
I have a big problem with John Milton being listed as Pure Evil on this wiki. While he is responsible for the evil of the show, his actions are completey off screen. And he does have allot of competition on the series compared to other villains who are serial murderers and have committed the act of matricide. I could accept John Milton if we saw at least a flashback or something but it's all off screen. And again, like I said, he has ALLOT of competition and when the moment he's crossed the Moral Event Horizon is off screen, I have a hard time accepting that. Atop of that the whole point of Roman's character is that nothing justifies what he has done and he chose to do evil on his own, so it's not really like Milton's actions influenced him. All his actions did was result in his birth.
