I can’t believe this got approved. Since we’re tightening up on the heinous standards, I’m going to propose why DOR-15 from Meet the Robinsons does not fall under Pure Evil.

Why DOR-15 Does Not Qualify[]
It is true that DOR-15 is the true mastermind behind the Bowler Hat Guy, who wanted revenge on Lewis, and yes she was on the verge on creating a bad future, but this is just basically your run of the mill "AI Is A Crapshoot" trope. Even barring out the characterization issues, she’s nowhere near the levels of XANA, Ultron, or even Skynet. There’s also the issue that she doesn’t have the moral agency to know right from wrong. Compared to Judge Claude Frollo, Judge Doom, Scar, Commander Rourke, and even Dr. Facilier, DOR-15 doesn’t even come close when it comes to Disney PE standards.
