"Is PE now a common label like Smith or Joe?"
A comment from my Frost (Mortal Kombat) proposal. That’s kind of how I felt when John Milton (Scream) was approved. I’m here to tell you why he doesn’t qualify. Here’s the blog with the information on who he is.

Why He Doesn’t Qualify[]
While he did gang rape Maureen Prescott and that in itself is a Moral Event Horizon crossing, we have to remember that one MEH crossing does not a PE make. Milton is your typical sleasebag Hollywood director who plays the Casting Couch (offer actresses leading roles if they sleep with him). While he did gang rape Maureen, sleep with Angelina Tyler, and was a jerk to Gale Weathers when he was questioned about Maureen’s past, the offscreen villainy is still too vague to flesh him out as Pure Evil. He was even a pathetic, begging mess before he was killed. Yes, there are PE’s that have begged, but oftentimes it’s usually to catch the hero off guard in an attempt to kill said hero. Here, Milton wasn’t even trying to get the jump on Roman Bridger or leave him in a spot to die, he just wanted to get away before Roman slashed his throat.
There really is not enough evidence on or off screen to flesh him out as PE, and you expect me to believe that he fits the heinous standard of Roman Bridger (who set up Maureen to get raped and killed, killed the Stab 3 actors while tormenting Sidney of her traumatic past) or even Jill Roberts (who killed her friends in an attempt to hijack Sidney’s fame as a murder survivor, including her own mother)? Come on.
