The ruthless and very cruel secondary antagonist of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier.
What has he done?[]
-He killed the niece of Javier onscreen and she was like 10 years old and completely innocent.
-He chops of the fingers of Francine to torture her.
-He kills Francine (Determinant).
-He rams a trucker full of walkers through the gate into Javier's quarter what leads to a mass murder.
Even if it sounds like not many crimes, they are still very heinous. I mean he literially kills an innocent child onscreen, what no other Walking Dead villain ever did.
MITIGATING FACTORS[]
He is heartless and cold, so yeah, You can argue that he shows care for his men because he said something like "I wish my dead buddies back", but it is proven otherwise because he left them to be killed by Javier and his group, and just wants to make it out alive alone.
HEINOUS STANDARD[]
There are two other villains in the Telltale Walking Dead universe who are very heinous and stand out, these are William Carver and Joan (who also needs a proposal). But these two have more ressources and unique crimes compared to Badger. Badger has unique crimes in his own way.
FINAL VERDICT[]
I'll give a clearly "yes". He is one of the most heinous TWD villains I've ever seen and he deserves to be under that category.
