Okay it has come to my attention recently that there are several users that don't seem to read PE proposals in full detail and as a result some characters end up getting upvoted for incorrect reason.
I myself have noticed this on two of my more recent proposals now and while it was only from one user each time it is still quite annoying and gives the wrong impression about the character being proposed, and I'm concerned about this happening elsewhere, already I have seen it on other proposals, where it's been pointed out by the author and I just feel as though it's getting ridiculous.
So from now on I think it's not too unreasonable to ask that before voting on a proposal users should read the character page as well and be ensure to carefully read both that and the proposal instead of skimming them. Thoughts?
