So, this is a character that I used to be very adamant about qualifying, but now to think about it, not only am I hella surprised that he somehow got approved here, I’m also beginning to wonder why the heck I was so determined to get him approved. Here we go:
Who Is He?[]
Simon Ambrose is the main antagonist of the 2011 action-comedy film Johnny English Reborn. He is the mastermind in an organization called Vortex.
Why Doesn't He Qualify?[]
He appears in a James Bond parody with Mr. Bean’s actor playing the lead. The film is WAY too comical to have a qualifier. There are even scenes where Ambrose himself is played for laughs, such as this part. To add to that, Ambrose isn’t even particularly heinous, given his low body count. Overall, while he is a nasty piece of work, calling him Pure Evil is massive exaggeration.
