The Usher Family are the titular main protagonists of the Netflix series The Fall of the House of Usher.
They are a bunch of amoral and corrupt one-percenters willing to do anything to get to and stay on the top of the world, comfortable in the knowledge that their money and power and a little bit of supernatural aid will keep them consequence free.
History[]
Somewhere before 1971, Roderick and Madeline Usher were born to Eliza and Mr. Longfellow. On New Years Eve 1971, the two twins drugged and murdered Fortunato CEO Rufus Griswold. They later sold their souls to Verna in exchange for wealth and power. Roderick later married Annabel Lee who had two children, Frederick Usher and Tamerlane Usher. Annabel Lee would later then divorce Roderick and commit suicide by firearm. Roderick then married and divorced many women before settling in on Juno Usher. The children of these many women were Victorine LaFourcade, Napoleon Usher, Prospero Usher, and Camille L'Espanaye. Frederick would later then marry Morella Usher and have a daughter named Lenore Usher. Since Roderick became the CEO of Fortunato Pharmaceuticals, the family has been leaving in wealth.
