Vache Harrower was a supporting & posthumous antagonist in the 2023 science fantasy turn-based tactical role-playing video game Honkai: Star Rail. He was a doctor and the former proprietor of the clinic, as well as the stepbrother of Natasha. He wanted to create the vaccine, "Blizzard Immunity" to make people resist against the Eternal Freeze but has a conflicting goal to distribute it for profit. Unfortunately, Vacher eventually discovers that the patients were under fragmentum affliction and gave them the incorrect cure, which leads to many deaths. However, he continued to be working on a better version of "Blizzard Immunity" without side-effects after his exile, which would be used to the Silvermane Guards. After testing the doze on himself in development of "Blizzard Immunity" vaccine, he manages to succeed in contributing the lives of Silvermane Guards to survive the winter, but at the cost of succumbing to the adverse reactions of his previous experiments.
