The Vacuum Banki is the minor antagonist of Engine Sentai Go-Onger, appearing in Episode 18 as the primary antagonist. He is the vacuum cleaner themed Savage Sky Barbaric Machine Beast at the service of Banki Clan Gaiark and under the command of Kitaneidas. He is very dumb and bumbling and seems to not take his mission seriously. He was sent by Kitaneidas to capture Hiroto, the Go-On Gold, but failed and instead successfully captured Hiroto's sister Miu, the Go-On Silver and used her as a hostage to lure Hiroto in a tramp with a demand for his henshin items.
He was voiced by the late Taiki Matsuno.
Biography[]
Vacuum Banki was created by Kitaneidas and was sent sent by his master to take out Hiroto Sutou, the Go-On Gold. Vacuum Banki attacked Tokyo and made several unsuccessful attempts to take out Hiroto, but always failed, thanks to Hiroto's vigilance. And so Kitaneidas instructed and tasked Vacuum Banki to kidnap Hiroto's sister Miu, the Go-On Silver instead. The Banki monster attacked Miu and overwhelmed her, successfully capturing and kidnapping her. Hiroto sensed that Miu was in danger, and rushed to find her. He ran into Sōsuke, who told him that Vacuum Banki had kidnapped Miu and taken her to Mt. Kurogane. Hiroto changed into Go-On Gold and told Sōsuke not to interfere before flying away.
At Mt. Kurogane, where Miu had been tied up, Vacuum Banki demanded Go-On Hiroto's Wing Trigger as ransom. As Hiroto agonized over whether he should comply, Sōsuke arrived and offered his Go-Phone and Change Soul to Vacuum Banki and demanding to take Miu's place. Vacuum Banki gleefully took Sōsuke's equipment, but refused to release Miu. Sōsuke was enraged and attacked Vacuum Banki, buying Hiroto time to change Go-on Gold and rescue Miu, who watched Sōsuke reclaim all of their transformation gear.
Together, Go-On Red, Go-On Gold, and Go-On Silver defeated Vacuum Banki by using the Mantan Gun and the Wing Boosters. Vacuum Banki underwent Industrial Revolution just as GunBir-Oh, BearRV, and Bus-on arrived. Speedor was transported to Sosuke, and Engine-Oh was formed. Vacuum Banki, however, put up a formidable fight against GunBir-Oh and Engine-Oh. Toripter and Jetoras joined the fight and were convinced to join with Engine-Oh to form Engine-Oh Jetripter, who easily scrapped Vacuum Banki.
