Vampolfo Draculino is the main antagonist of the Monica and Friends story "Um Amor Dentuço" and it's animated adaptation. He is a vampire boy who wants to transform Monica into a vampire to make her his fiancé.
Biography[]
Vampolfo is introduced as the son of Dracula. In his introductory story he appears alone in his mansion and wakes up when he hears the conversations of Monica and Maggy who are having a picnic next to his mansion, he observes Mônica and instantly falls in love with her. After Monica and Maggy leave he decides to follow them until he meets Monica who is chasing Jimmy Five and Smudge after being implicated by them. Vampolfo decides to help Monica by using his powers to levitate them towards her and scare them. After that, Monica makes friends with Vampolfo without realizing that he is a vampire and is bitten by him on the wrist when Vampolfo wants to greet her with a kiss causing her to become infected to become a vampire.
Jimmy Five and Smudge discover that Vampolfo is a vampire and together with Maggy they decide to stop Monica from seeing him again. The next day Vampolfo takes Monica to his mansion and reveals that he is a vampire to her, also claiming that he infected her to slowly become a vampire and threatening to give her another bite to make the transformation permanent. Then Jimmy Five, Smudge and Maggy appear to rescue Monica and try to defeat Vampolfo, but their efforts end up being in vain, until Monica hits Vampolfo and says she doesn't want to be his fiancé. With Monica's decision Vampolfo becomes sad and lets her go saying that without the second bite she would return to normal.
After saying goodbye to Monica and her friends, Vampolfo receives a visit from his parents who returned from a trip and brought his cousin Vampirila who came to spend the next centuries with them and her resemblance to Monica makes him happy again.
Animated adaptation[]

In the animated adaptation of the episode, Vampolfo had his role slightly changed having his name changed to Vampiro "Ivan" II. Unlike the original where he is a neutral antagonist, Ivan appears to be more evil and cruel, especially in the way he stands up to Jimmy Five and Smudge. He also proves to be stronger and more resistant, since Vampolfo has resistance to crucifixes, but in the animation Ivan also demonstrates being able to eat garlic and holy water in addition to also having the ability to hypnotize people. His design was also changed, giving him a more intimidating appearance, and his family or relationship with Dracula is not mentioned.
