Varga is a supporting antagonist in Underworld: Blood Wars. He is a vampire, death dealer, and the right-hand man/lover of Semira.

He is portrayed by Bradley James, who also played Damien Thorn in Damien.

Biography

Varga serves as a loyal Death Dealer in the Eastern Coven and is rarely seen out of Semira's company. He also has a sexual relationship with Semira. Varga lures Selene into Semira's trap by challenging her to a match that allows him to drug her using a concealed knife coated in nightshade extract. Once Selene is unconscious, Varga then kills the rest of the Death Dealers that are present, presumably most, if not all, of the Eastern Coven's Death Dealers, so that Semira can frame Selene for it.

Although Varga complies with Semira's instructions and seems to be complicit in her plans, once David announces himself to be the heir to the Eastern Coven, Varga eventually betrays Semira and sides with David and the rest of the coven, even being the one to arrest her.
