Velgrynd is a major character of the light novel series series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.
She is one of the current Five True Dragons and the younger sister of Veldanava and Velzard, the older sister of Veldora Tempest and later Rimuru Tempest, who becomes the latest one.
Appearance[]
In her human form, Velgrynd has a long pale blue hair kept in twin buns with black ribbons and a golden eyes. Her usual attire consists of a black quipao with a golden dragon pattern as well as white long gloves with golden entrances and white thigh length boots both adorned with gold ornaments.
Personality[]
Velgrynd has a strong loyalty to Rudra, willing to do anything he wants regardless of whether it is good or bad, and rages against anyone who offends him. Generally, Velgrynd's interests are aligned with Rudra's interests, giving little importance to other matters unless they have some value to him.
As befits her title, Velgrynd is impulsive and dislikes complex schemes. She is very confident in her power, so she was surprised when Rimuru defeats her, however, she easily admits her defeat and acknowledges it. Velgrynd is often capricious and only cooperates with someone if that someone has her respect.
When it comes to her friends and family, Velgrynd is very compassionate. She is known for her kindness and her tendency to spoil Veldora by disciplining him. Thinking that Veldora had been killed by Rimuru, he immediately becomes enraged. However, her anger turned to joy when she discovered that he was alive and well.
