Veronica Storm is a major antagonist in Rainbow High, with her alongside her twin sister Naomi and their rivals Laurel and Holly De'Vious all being served as the 4 main antagonists of Rainbow High's Rainbow Vision story arc.
She is a member of Shadow High and primarily focuses on Photography.
Veronica is voiced by Anne Yatco.
Appearance[]
Veronica is a teenage girl with a medium build and a pale, purple-ish skin tone. She has long, softly curled dark purple hair with streaks of magenta, teal, and black, forming an oil slick pattern that is parted down the middle. Her hair is styled into two pigtails. Her eyes are a pale blue. Her makeup consists of intricate oil slick rainbow eyeshadow, with purple and magenta lipstick. She also has purple freckles across the bridge of her nose and cheeks. Her style is described as being preppy and tailored, with accents like latex and spiked studs.
Her doll's face sculpt features a more slender face shape, and a more upturned eyeshade than the original face sculpt. She also has a molded hole in her lips for her translucent pink bubblegum bubble, which can be removed.
For her main outfit she wears a black and dark indigo long sleeved tweed coat and oil slick black fuzzy trims near her wrists. She also wears a matching pencil skirt with silver buttons, tall latex like iridescent black knee-high socks, and black and purple oil slick high heel Mary Jane boots. For accessories she has a large oil slick black silver studded pointy headband and dangly diamond earrings with bows and raindrops.
Personality[]
Just like her sister, Veronica is cutthroat and harsh to Rainbow High and its students, loving to cause chaos and drama and brag about her school and it’s achievements. Unlike her sister however, she tends to be quieter and more reserved, preferring to work in a more calculated manner.
History (Season 3)[]
Not A Typical Day[]
Veronica debuts with her twin sister Naomi at Rainbow High, dramatically revealing they were the ones doing all the pranks to the school. She then leaves with her sister and meets up with Luna, who is excited to hear about the drama.
Welcome to Shadow High[]
Having a bigger role, Veronica comes in to see the first years with Naomi, forcing and intimidating them to show their midterm projects to them tonight, a week before they're due. She and her sister review the projects and like them, agreeing to let everyone go except for Luna, having business to do with her.
The Eclipse - Phase One, Part One[]
Now talking with Luna, her and Naomi introduce her and everyone else to Heather, letting her show her presentation to the underclassmen. When it ends Veronica and her sister explain their plan to hack into Rainbow High's livestream, using Luna as the communicator. Acting as a leader with her sister, she and the rest of the students prepare for the sabotage.
The Eclipse - Phase One, Part Two[]
Veronica and the rest of her classmates successfully hack into the livestream of Rainbow Vision, and they begin to state their message through Luna. Veronica and her sister Naomi are impressed with her skills, which leads Rainbow High to allow Shadow High to host, which makes all of the Shadow High students celebrate.
The Eclipse - Phase Two[]
Joining her sister as usual, they are both in charge of signing students in for Rainbow Vision, using this opportunity to mock many Rainbow High students. Once the show starts, she and the rest of Shadow High sabotage the show and reveal Glitch to the audience, also revealing Ainsley as a Shadow High student.
Out of the Shadows[]
After Laurel and Holly showcase their hosting skills, they run into her and Naomi backstage, using this time to belittle and insult each other. She's later seen with Naomi when Ainsley goes backstage with Avery and Aidan, not letting Ainsley leave them.
Rainbow Vision Rifts "Audition Begins"[]
She and Naomi appear laughing at The Assistant's cringeworthy audition.
Drama in the Wings[]
Veronica first appears intimidating Glitch, demanding for her to not freeze up onstage. Later on, she's seen manipulating The Assistant, getting him to hand out flyers.
Dance It Out[]
As Laurel and Holly sing "Click Click", it's shown they imagined her and Naomi being chase by the Assistant and crying near their unicorn statue.
The Semi Finals Begin[]
Starting their sabotage, her and Naomi trick Meena's Backup Dancers and lock them in a closet, with Holly and Laurel freeing them. Feeling angry, they fight back by sabotaging Natasha's song, making her and Naomi even more mad.
…Now On with the Show![]
Planning even more sabotage, her and Naomi attempt to get backstage, being stopped by Avery and Ainsley. Wanting to do more, they decide to sabotage The Rainbow Divas, cutting a slit in Meline's dress. Shanelle thankfully fixed the dress, but the girls try again to sabotage them, turning them against each other after their performance.
Here Comes Something New[]
Playing a big role, Veronica and her sister stop Holly and Laurel from sabotaging Neon Shadow, showing their evidence against them. The others fight back, showing their evidence, causing bickering until The Assistant comes in. He convinces them to work together and sabotage other schools, with Veronica sabotaging Those Darn Dolls autotune. After this, they all work to sabotage The Kingsley Boys, instead sending them on tour and getting them out of Rainbow Vision.
Defending the Title![]
With the other bands out of the picture, the twins end their alliance, with Holly and Laurel distracting her and Naomi long enough for Rainbow Dream to perform. Feeling angrier than ever, they both leave, claiming a storm is coming.
Rainbow Vision Finale: Part 1[]
Still wanting to sabotage, she's seen with Naomi preparing things before they're stopped by Avery and Ainsley, with Ainsley even showing the evidence of their tampering, claiming she could get them both expelled by showing the evidence in the suitcase to the Shadow High Headmistress. Feeling scared, frustrated and beaten, they walk away.
Rainbow Vision Finale: Part 3[]
Her and Naomi are briefly seen celebrating Rainbow High's disqualification from their car.

Trivia[]
- Veronica and her sister Naomi are the third revealed set of twins: The first pair are the De'Vious twins and the second pair are the Madison twins.
- Her bubblegum is removable on her doll, however some people said that their Veronica's bubblegum seems to be glued on and some of them broke the bubblegum while trying to remove it.
- Veronica has a similar look to Bella Parker. Both girls wear tweed suits, bows, earrings, headbands and heels with knee-high socks.
- Her first name meaning “truth” is likely a reference to her tendency to be brutally honest.
- Veronica is one of the few characters with a multicolored palette, in her case being sleek oil slick purple and black tones.
