Vichama is a major antagonist in the Sonic the Comic: Online webcomic series . He is the god of death who after being sealed by Pochacamac away for thousands of years seeks to regain his old body to kill all life in the universe.
History[]
Background[]
Vichama, the god of death, for as long as time iself has resided in the spiritual plane flew amongst the stars looking for planets to wipe out to satisfy his bloodlust. After killing many worlds, he would make a deal with the Echidna leader Pochacamac, in Exhange for access to the physical plane he would create the Guardian Emerald which would revive Knuckles whenever he died to ensure Angel Island always had a Guardian. Once he gained a Physical form on Mobius however, he immediately began slaughtering millions of Echidnas which forced Pochacamac to seal him inside the corpse of an echidna warrior where he would remain imprisoned for 8,000 years.
Time with the Syndicate[]
Eventually he would be awakened by Dr. Zachary who in Exhange for freeing him had him join the The Syndicate (Sonic the Comic) as part of his plan to destroy Mobius. Vichama was happy to help viewing it as fun. He helped Zahcary break out Dr. Ivo Robotnik (Sonic the Comic) and obtain Shadow, the ultimate life form. Together he would help realize their plan of getting the chaos Emeralds which resulted in the destruction of the Special Zone. They would then procced with Zachary's plan to blow up the planet with the Chaos Sphon. Upon the plan's failure however, Vichama would then shoot Zachary and use the Choas Emeralds to escape the Echidna's body to resume his plans.
Vichama's return[]
Vichama would then destroy many Zones across the planet by draining it off life, ruining the Environment and killing everyone there. He would leave a message there for Knuckles and Tikal saying "Vichama is coming home". They would go to his temple where after possessing Tikal he would use an orb to regain his true form as the god of death. He would then summon the ghosts of all the echidna's he had killed to attack Knuckles and Tikal. After revealing his plan to kill everything he would then kill Knuckles with an energy blast and then procced with his plan to bring the gift of death to the entire universe. Knuckles would be revived by the Guardian Emerald however and would then destroy it which would end his immortality and Vichama immortality in the mortal plane. He would then be torn apart by his own ghosts after he lost control of them, ending the god of death reign.
Personality[]
Vichama is a cruel and sadistic deity whose sole desire is to kill everything to satisfy his own bloodlust. While he seemed polite while working with Zachary this was just to disguise his thirst for bloodshed and instantly betrayed Zahcary when he was no longer fun to him anymore. He is also shown to have a deadpan sense of humor responding with 'psst Knuckles, I am the god of death, what do you think the plan is?" when asked about his plan. He is also shown to be arrogant about his status as a god claiming himself to be unstoppable even when he lost his tether to the mortal plane. He also bragged about all the people he had killed over the ages and mocked Knuckles by saying he would destroy a start in memory of him.
