Victor is one of two overarching antagonists (alongside Doug Houser's Mother) of Dark Deception. A sorcerer from an unknown foreign country who was invited to one of Helen Beirce's husband's parties.
He is the one who informs her about Malak and how to summon him making him arguably the overarching antagonist of the game.

Beirce described Victor as being silent and serious a far cry from the usual guests at her husband's parties.
Unlike them who saw the rituals as just a way of getting drunk and having their way with beautiful women, Victor genuinely believed in the arcane and claims to have seen and performed black magic in his home country.
