Victor Von Vulture is the main antagonist of Ricky Ricotta's Mighty Robot vs. the Voodoo/Video Vultures from Venus.

Ricky Ricotta's Mighty Robot vs. the Voodoo/Video Vultures from Venus[]
Victor originally resided on the planet Venus, though he and the other Vultures despised living there because of its high temperatures that ruined everyone's food. Sandwiches were always too gooey, candy bars had to been drank through straws, and ice cream melted before they could get one lick. Fed up with this, Victor decides to conquer the planet Earth and take all their food. He creates a machine, the Voodoo Schmoodoo 2000, to enslave the other Vultures and turns them into an army of Voodoo Vultures. Victor then fires his machine toward Earth and at the televisions of Squeakyville.
After being late for supper three times this week, Ricky and his Mighty Robot are forbidden to watch TV by his parents until they learn to take responsibility for their actions. While they're asleep, the ray sends a sinister message: "Obey the Voodoo Vultures," hypnotizing Squeakyville's citizens.
The next day, Ricky discovers that the food in his house is missing and the people are hypnotized and carrying food. With that, he and the robot discover that Victor Von Vulture has taken over Squeakyville and turned everyone into slaves, giving the Voodoo Vultures food. Ricky also discovers that Victor is controlling the citizens with a mind-controlling device.
Thinking fast, Ricky and the Robot cook up giant chocolate chip cookies (which the Vultures had demanded) laden with chili peppers from Mexico in the school cafeteria to distract the Vultures. Bravely, Ricky carries the cookies to the Vultures, pretending to be hypnotized. When Ricky reaches the Voodoo/Video Vultures, they devour the cookies on sight. Suddenly, the vultures were screaming in pain from the red-hot chili peppers. In the meantime, the Robot crushes the mind-control machine, freeing the townspeople from their control. They then ran home.
Victor doesn't stop there; he kidnaps Ricky hostage carries him into the air while the Voodoo/Video Vultures corner the Robot. Ricky pulls a feather out of Victor's rear end and starts tickling him with it. The evil vulture lets go of him, leading Ricky to fall until the Robot saves him.
With a swift lunge, the Robot grabs Victor, who cries out for his vultures to save him. This results in a fierce battle, clobbering Victor in the process.
In the end, Rick's robot won the battle. The defeated Voodoo Vultures retreat and fly back to Venus. However, Victor does not, as he is still trapped in the Mighty Robot's hand. Afterwards, Ricky and his Robot take Victor to the slammer before arriving home in the nick of time for dinner.

Like all villains before and after him, Victor Von Vulture can be seen in the Squeakyville Jail in every book after his debut.
