Victoria "Vee" Vance is the main antagonist of Nickelodeon's 43rd full-length animated feature film PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie.
She’s an eccentric mad scientist with an interest in meteors who in her pursuit of knowledge and power, forms an unlikely alliance with Humdinger in order to devise a plan to steal the superpowers possessed by the Paw Patrol. She’s one of the most powerful foes ever faced by the Paw Patrol Team so far.
She even wanted to become the greatest scientist in the world by inventing the meteor magnet that she has made in her observatory.
She was voiced by Taraji P. Henson, who also portrayed Belle Bottom in Minions: The Rise of Gru, Miss Hannigan in Annie and Constance Hatchaway in Muppets Haunted Mansion.
Personality[]
Due to her eccentric behavior, she is often times referred to as a "mad scientist", which irritated her for much of her career. Ironically, despite not wanting to be seen as "mad", she shows herself to be mentally-ill on several occasions, going as far as to try and attract meteors to Earth to prove she isn't one.
She is also shown to be cunning and charismatic, having tricked the Paw Patrol and Skye twice into getting the crystals, even when Skye tried to fight her herself out of guilt for letting her get one.
In the middle of the film, she acted completely scary to Mayor Humdinger when using him for his goals and even manipulating him. Even if she wanted to be respected, she didn't give people any respect whatsoever as well as Humdinger whom she deeply disrespects. Although her actions was proven that she has frightened Humdinger by abusing him. But they were abusers. But victoria vance was definafly more abusive when sending Skye flying on the couch after stealing her crystal and stripping off her powers.
She has been shown to abuse the right to use Skye's crystal and due to her psychotic, she was egotistically thrilled to see how the energy was surging through her and this is whereas Mayor Humdinger said to her that this cannot change of even help her image at all which was completely correct for Mayor Humdinger to say (though he committed crimes as well) but when she want all the meteors from the sky she needs, she thought they are having some same crystals that the Paw Patrol has already got and that states and Victoria has been too greedy and extravagant to give up on proving the people wrong and clear her name as the greatest scientist in the world and in order to do this is to totally destroy everything ibn Adventure City (by any means scorching earth in the Paw Patrol universe) in order to call the scientists to help and fake the accedent.
Despite all that her arrogance also gets in the way of her schemes, such as underestimating the Paw Patrol even after getting defeated by them and not realizing her invention could get herself foolishly killed along with everyone else in Adventure City.
However, she did get alot paranoid of being arrested again when she manages to trap Skye after Skye herself goes rogue and above this, Victoria was now preventing skye to go back for the Paw Patrol would stalk in front of her house so that she would never get arrested again.
As a result of this, Mayor Humdinger as a giant tries helping Victoria to kill the Paw Patrol so that they don't make disturbances with her plans.
She seems to be very stubborn to Skye about when she knows how sorry for her whereas Vance successfully shrugged it off and telling Skye her evil nature about being a mad scientist and how she gets determent to achieve her hard work on her own powerful experimentation and her powers (thus, she wanted her entire life to prove that she is not a mad scientist).
Appearance[]
Victoria is a thin black woman with wide hips. She has a face with freckles, aqua-blue eyes; long, spiked, dyed turquoise hair with equally spiky bangs and dons sparkly pink eye shadow, ruby red lipstick and purple nail polish.
Her attire features a large, studded black choker, a pair of purple-framed glasses with small spikes, a short-sleeved black jacket, a magenta shirt with black and white striped 3/4 sleeves, a set of fingerless purple gloves, high-waisted black short-shorts, fishnet stockings over turquoise tights, and black over-the-knee boots, which features black belt straps with small silver buckles. She also wore a necklace with meteor crystals hanging from it, thus providing her super powers.
When she was in Jail, she was also wearing a one piece orange jail uniform (just like Mayor Humdinger's) with a shirt with black and white long sleeves underneath it and the orange also matches her uniform shoes.
Biography[]
Past[]
Before the events of the film, Victoria appears to have been part of a group of scientists, but despite her 'super intelligence' they all made fun of her, calling her 'Mad Scientist', and according to Victoria, they never cared about her.
Tired of the bullying that made her feel small and insignificant as a result, as well as getting angry towards them, she decided to take the initiative, left her group and started working alone.
She promised herself that no one would humiliate her again and it seems that she became obsessed with the idea of being the best scientist in history, reaching the point of madness.

In the film, Hank was busy on his very own scrap yard when Janet calls out his name reminding her about the phone has rang for him but only to realize it was a trick as the phone hangs up on them when they look around and finding themselves locked in.
As a figure in the black hood gets into the vehicle which is called carjacking, She who is Victoria Vance has been revealed to lock them up and so far she can steal the 10 tom Electromagnet from the scrap yard and as she drives out from the scrap yard she crashes through multiple cars causing them to naturally explode dangerously by a reckless and unregistered driving thief who is completely oblivious of it happening and her actions also causes tires to thrown in the air and some dangerous amount of fire and debris and without looking out of her pure egotism leaves.
An arsonist gigantic flames in the scrap yard leaving Hank and Janet stranded stuck with terror and locked inside with on way out to to esape from the scrap yard as the whole entrance is blocked by some fallen wood. But just in time Hank and Janet calls PAW Patrol's phone number and reports the unexpected incident in the scrap yard. Just in the nick of time, PAW Patrol arrives at the scrap yard just as Marshall puts out the fire along with Skye. Second of all Rocky and Rubble frees Janet and Hank from the outside. Chase who had to face the truth wants to list down the damage and some questions of what happened when the scrap owners were locked up.
Ryder who has agreed to Chase was wondering himself what Chase and hank was talking about and the case is going to be on hold when Chase finds this criminal who had been stealing about with pieces of machinery.
Filming the Meteor Disaster[]

Straight after stealing the 10-ton magnet and pairing it up with her invention, she videos herself greeting everybody as she claims about the conspiracy theory that the haters calling her a mad scientist that she villainously believes she is not as she stammers over her sentences.
Next, she shows on her computer system about the meteor having some sort of a power source and bigger than everyone is anticipated and then she shows the internet her latest invention.
As she sits down on her recliner chair, she starts turning on her invention and was about to succeed when celebrating her success on her greatest achievements to her own machine she had ever created.
But somehow, her invention starts to malfunction and pulls the meteor really hard and uselessly tries to stop the machine, saying she doesn't have enough power until her invention breaks down, and expressing her guilt as she watches the meteor heading straight towards Adventure City, and it inevitably did happen, as it destroys PAW Patrol's pup tower and deliberately destroying all of their own vehicles as well, and at the breaking news Sam Stringer revealed Victoria Vance to be the culprit behind all this, calling her a shot case as a result; she gets arrested for taking credit for the destruction of Adventure City, as well as the Pup Tower.
Also, she has sabotaged the whole fun night for the rest of the people, as well as PAW Patrol members as Labor Law Violation.
Teaming Up with Mayor Humdinger[]

Victoria Vance was now eventually arrested for filming her footage of the meteor, which had caused disruptions in the town.
As Victoria gets locked up in the cell, she stated that people can't lock people up like her because she is a greatest scientist in the world even if she is not said the prison guard when called her the maddest scientist in the world now irritating Victoria who yell that she is NOT a mad scientist then had a mind to give up as she sits down on the bunk bed.
When Mayor Humdinger along with the can and calling Victoria a Roomie, his appearance has revealed that Mayor Humdinger has switched prison places by going out from the maximum security cell and started getting into another cell via digging for days all the way up through the cell's toilet landing him into another cell where he sees her for the first time.
While in prison, she grew irritated with a television show that referred to her as a "Mad Scientist" and threw a toilet paper roll to turn it off and then rant about the meteor being taken by the Paw Patrol and has given superpowers from the crystals they rightfully owned.
Calling them little mongrels saying that she couldn't stand them, her words are overheard by Humdinger as he says that he also couldn't stand them as well and impressed by Victoria by calling him and Victoria perfect roommates
Victoria ungratefully said to not get attached to her because she thinks she is having a terrible time in jail right now and wants to go out of the jail and get the meteor and the crystals back.
As Humdinger make a deal with the suggestion of sharing the superpowers with her as an acceptation, she apparently says that she has no options but has room to accept the deal from Humdinger and his team Kitten Catastrophe Crew but what Humdinger said is it only a deal fi her shakes on it but if she doesn't, she won't have any help from them.
Victoria shook hands with each feline before Humdinger invited her to see an escape route he had dug beneath the toilet saying to Victoria that he has dug into another cell that he is in right now with Victoria.
Delighted by this discovery, Victoria and Humdinger escaped the prison through the manhole, emerging into the middle of traffic. They soon found themselves at the airport, having shed their prison uniforms and located Humdinger's private plane, "Air Humdinger". Once airborne, Victoria opened the plane door and proceeded to toss out all of Humdinger's belongings.
She then revealed her true plan to Humdinger to fake a plane crash in order to lure the PAW Patrol into a trap and steal their coveted power crystals, something she had desired for her entire life. With that, she instructed Humdinger to sit down and enjoy some cashew nuts while she executed her devious scheme.
Stealing Skye's Crystal and Her Powers[]

When Mighty Pup Skye flew to the rescue, Humdinger and his Kitten Catastrophe Crew reveal themselves in the cockpit.
When Skye lets her guard down, Victoria snatches Skye's badge right off her collar, stripping her of her powers and taunting her by saying it's like taking candy from the baby in certain ways of making fun of Skye's smallness.
Just then, as Victoria and Skye make a brief fight, she tries to get her pup-tag back, but to no avail as she gets hurled back on the couch and having her suffer with failure and rendering herself weak and powerless.
With her goals achieved, Victoria parachutes out of the plane, with Humdinger and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew following suit and leaving Skye to die inside the plane. As Skye levels the plane, She tells Ryder that she has no powers by Victoria who has stolen her collar which has her crystal inside it and also saying the plane it about to crash down to her death.
With the Paw Patrol's help, they begin to clear the runway all the way down to the road for Skye to land on but making the hard landing instead of soft almost killing Chase in the process but harmlessly touching his nose. After the Skye's stripping of power incident, the Paw Patrol tell Liberty the bad news saying that was just a trap Victoria has ever made in the very plane she had already trashed.
Rise to Power[]

After bailing out of the plane, Victoria, Humdinger and the kittens went to Victoria's secret hideout. She attaches Skye's crystal to her necklace, granting her the power to control electricity, and flight.
She demonstrates her power by rising to the ceiling and spreading electric arcs everywhere, even shocking Humdinger's mustache, much to his dismay. Realizing how much power she has, she makes some adjustments to the Meteor Magnet while revealing her newest goal to Humdinger: to attract more meteors and claim their all powers for herself.
Showing Her True Intentions to Skye[]

Skye has found something by the view finder and when she gets ready to retrieve the powers Victoria Vance has stolen she took every last for PAW Patrol's power crystals and goes rogue.
She finally arrives in front of Victoria's house and goes in to the hole above the door Spying on her as she explores the entire house. Victoria Vance is now fast asleep on her arm chair. As a result Skye quietly tried to take the power Crystal straight off her necklace but within seconds Victoria Vance has actually faked herself sleeping as she was trying to trick Skye.
Vance leaps herself off the arm chair and flies off out from the hole but Skye goes in hot pursuit and on the other hand, she was completely too fast for Skye and continues to lure Skye and then during the chase (pun intended), Victoria teases her calling her a little pup before trapping her into the force field as she sends her into her house where she locks Skye up into her makeshift prison cell out of paranoia of being caught by the PAW Patrol.
After that, She takes PAW Patrol's power crystals and goes to power her machine to make it more stronger than before making her machine attracting the meteorites from space and from the rings of the Saturn and out of disregards over the lives for people in the whole wide world.
Skye seeing this kind of behavior tells her this is way too dangerous to do something like this but Victoria wants more than to stop and shows her true intentions to Skye.
When Skye tried to comfort her and tried to make her happy and trying to redeem Vance in order to give the crystals right to her, that did the opposite when Vance reveals her true and darkest, twisted and pure evil nature to Skye and refuses to let her go because this can affect her goals and making the PAW Patrol come and thus having them destroying her machine as Humdinger goes by asking what is going on.
Vance hands over one of the crystals to Humdinger which first causing the cat to talk like (Chris Rock) but Humdinger snatches it from him and the crystal does something to Humdinger and causing him to grow big and massive than the other people and goes off to support with her destruction on Adventure City and kill the PAW Patrol members once and for all (which then failed anyways and came to rescue Skye and Vance having been detracted by the Junior Patrollers).
Final Battle and Defeat[]

As Victoria Vance battles with the the PAW Patrol which then started to make a big mess of things, the other pups take turns with one of the crystals and every time Vance structs lightning almost destroying Marshall's fire truck and as Skye hides from the evadence in the prosess.
After Liberty saves Chase, Vee is annoyed at the Paw Patrol for the last time; she tries to zap the PAW Patrol crew once again, claiming that she wants the last crystal so badly. But Zuma uses it to turn into water and heads into a drain, evading Vee's attacks, taunting her as he keeps dodging her attacks.
As she tries to search for him, Zuma creates a whirlpool behind her and finally snatches the crystals away from her and delivers them all back to the PAW Patrol crew, who rightfully deserve to have superpowers. Liberty and Rubble then destroy Vee's Meteor Magnet once and for all. Outraged by all the chaos she has caused, Chase signs an arrest warrant for Vee. Vee is completely frustrated and refuses to admit her arrest, but Chase is determined to bring her to justice.
Just as she tries to make a foolish attempt to escape, Liberty encases her body around Vance like a ribbon that was her body wrapping around Vee firmly tight around her torso and upper body and arms, keeping her under control. After that pure darkness comes in the Paw Patrol's way as she tells them her true nature.
Vance tells Ryder and the PAW Patrol the meteors are coming to Earth whether they like it or not; Ryder checks his wrist computer and says Vance is right. When Skye asks her what she has done, Vee replies, “What can I say? I guess I am a mad scientist” and laughs evilly as she states that she has caused the meteor invasion in the entire world. Liberty replies with, “Finally, she admits it” in a deadpan tone, as she and the other PAW Patrol members are sick and tired of Vance’s evilness.
Vance was never seen afterwards, as she was put back into jail for her crimes, while the meteors came heading to earth and were destroyed by Skye, foiling her final plot.

(starting to jolt and grows big first his mostache, his arms and his body as he crashes multiple things on his way out) Victoria: Oooooooh Would you look at that? (as Skye watches in horror) Mayor Humdinger: Ooh I KNEW I'D MAKE IT BIG IN ADVENTURE CITY NOW IF YOU'LL EXCUSE ME, I NEED TO PAY A VISIT TO THE PAW PATROL. WE HAVE GOT SOME UNFINISHED BUSINESS. |

| ~ Victoria Vance as she rises to power performing some dangerous experiments that would result in cataclysm and in any certain ways being dangerous herself and out of her pure egotism passes caring on people even when they would all be dead though she could also die as Skye tells her that it is the most dangerous thing to be doing that would arrest her but Victoria refuses due to her vengeful intentions and never cared about people's health and safety at all and is very concentrated on her goal on proving to be significant towards others on the other hand people pass caring at her significance anf intelligence as a smart scientist and also committing crimes against humanity out of gross negligence and shows out her true pure, baleful, darkest, concentrated, circus clow like and cruelly evil colours to Skye as she also reveals that she is going to kill her as the rest of the Paw Patrol so that they won't interfere with her and by causing Humdinger to grow big and begins to go monstrous sending Mayor Humdinger out to attack when Skye fails to talk her out of it and almost hitting the passing planets. |

Trivia[]
- A running gag that everyone calls her mad and she denies it. It wasn’t until the climax that she confessed that she was indeed a mad scientist.
- Even though she IS one.
- She admitted it in front of Paw Patrol.
- Vance can be seen as a dark counterpart of Skye. Both were laughed and mocked at by others in their youth and had tragic backstories (Skye growing up as the runt of the litter and Vance being spurned for her genius) and both wanted love and respect. However, Skye is still nothing like Vance as she is kind and has met Ryder and the PAW Patrol who show her that she is perfect just the way she is and that she is a valuable member of the team. Vance however, refuses to let go of her past and tries to show everyone that she is a brilliant scientist even if it means hurting others. Vance serves as an example of what Skye might have possibly become if she hadn’t met Ryder and the others.
- When Vance gets thrown into jail, The way she said I AM NOT A MAD SCIENTIST is a same quote in the 1980's film The Elephant Man where Joseph Merrick said I AM NOT AN ANIMAL is use in the different words like an in joke.
- The way she struck lightning on the PAW Patrol team was mirrored to Emperor Palpatine striking HIS lightning bolt on Luke Skywalker.
