There's the great Nolan. Lucan found you first, I see. Glad you haven't gone too soft.
~ Vidor upon meeting Nolan again.
Why so worried, Nolan? If your son dies, he never deserved to live.
~ Vidor taunting Nolan about Invincible.

Vidor is a supporting antagonist in Season 2 of the Amazon Prime series Invincible.

He is a soldier of the Viltrum Empire and a member of Thula's team. He is dedicated to expanding the Viltrumites' rule over the universe and killing any race viewed as inferior. After Nolan left his post on Earth, Vidor joined in the search for the former and later battled him and his son Invincible on the planet Thraxa.

He was voiced by Chris Diamantopoulos, who also voices Doc Seismic and Rodgers in the same series, and portrayed Sotto Voce in Red Notice, Clark Ingram in Hannibal, David Willard in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Julius Pope in Pantheon.

Biography[]

Background[]

Little is known of Vidor's past, but he was born on the planet Viltrum during Thragg's era and joined in their beliefs in expanding their empire.

Invincible[]

Vidor assisted Thula and Lucan in interrogating Allen the Alien of the Coalition of Planets about the Viltrumite who abandoned his post on Earth and his offspring. When Allen refused, they brutally and easily beat him up and left him for dead. At some point, Vidor discovered that the Viltrumite was Nolan and that he had fled to Thraxa, so he was ordered to go there and capture Nolan.

Vidor and the two other Viltrumite warriors appeared in the skies above Thraxa when Omni-Man first attempted to flee the Viltrum Empire. Vidor and his allies destroyed the cities and killed the people of Thraxa, causing their kind of near extinction before Omni-Man came out of hiding and met them in the skies above the capital.

After defeating Lucan, Omni-Man and Invincible returned to the capital to find that Thula and Vidor had massacred many Thraxans, which horrified Invincible and devastated Omni-Man. Vidor and Thula then arrived at the scene, where Vidor was pleased that Omni-Man hadn't gone soft after encountering Lucan and didn't seem fazed when Omni-Man claimed to have killed him. After calling Thraxans weak and deserving death, Omni-Man engaged Vidor in a brutal battle, which ended with Omni-Man crushing Vidor's Skull.

In You Were My Hero It is revealed by the Viltrumite Executioners Vidor Was Killed by Nolan.
