The Viler Witch is the main antagonist of Minecraft Earth 's 12th seasonal update: "Boo! Spooky!". She is an even more eviler version of the vanilla witch, and plays many tricks on Mob of Me while trying to kill them and trying to destroy their builds for the Halloween season.
Appearance[]
Viler Witches are taller than normal witches, and looks even more malicious than her normal counterpart. They were big, grey hats resembling that of a typical witch's while also wearing a dark blue-black tattered robe with grey stripes on the end of their shoulder sleeves, and black around the end of the sleeves. The robe is also noticeably torn, which almost covers their dark boots. As a typical witch, she has a big nose with a dark-shade wart on her nose.
Function & Behavior[]
The Viler Witch's function is basically the equivalent of a Halloween-special villain and to be more vile and the normal witch. Viler Witches are even more aggressive and even smarter, being able to deal 3-5 hearts of damage per hit. She manipulates and tricks Mob of Me, as shown when she mimics being in one place all while being in another, and then turning herself invisible to attack Mob of Me and the player. Viler Witches have the unique ability to throw Lingering Potions of Warmth, which overheats Mob of Me or the player, having them take a lot of damage. If they are hurt, they shall drink potions to boost their health and are immune to any poison. As a fun functionality for the season, Viler Witches shall "attempt" to "destroy" Mob of Me's builds.
Death[]
Upon death, Viler Witches will try to boost their health but fail, and will drop glowstone dust, sugar, gunpowder, redstone and rarely, lapis lazuli.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Viler Witches are generally a lot more intelligent than many other mobs, and this is seen in behavior.
- They know the usage of potions and magic, like turning themselves invisible so that she is harder to spot, creating a mirage-type of themselves for a few seconds to trick Mob of Me and the player, she throws lingering potions to damage the player and can heal herself with potions.
- Viler Witches are quite fast, especially during range-battle.
