Nominations must be at the very least 350 words long.
An article is featured every month, or at the admins' discretion.
Whichever article has the most votes at the end of the month is featured for a month.
Each downvote counts as a point down for the nominee.
In case of a tie, the one with fewer downvotes wins.
Admin votes carry the same weight as regular users' votes.
All nominations and votes must be signed with four tildes (~~~~). Unsigned nominations and votes will be nullified.
Nominations and votes CANNOT BE CHANGED. Each user can only vote ONCE, for and against.
An article cannot be nominated twice in a row (if an article was nominated in the previous voting, it cannot be nominated again in the current one).
Users cannot nominate articles two months in a row.
Only six nominations max for every monthly voting are allowed. Any nomination surpassing this limit will be automatically disqualified.
CHEATING WILL NEVER BE TOLERATED. Any user who starts downvoting candidates just to rig the results or go asking other users to vote on his candidate will receive a warning and, in case of reincidence, a one month ban. No exceptions.

Scooby-Doo turns 50 next month, so I’m nominating the very first villain the mystery gang ever caught: the Black Knight Ghost. (P.S., I'm also nominating Scooby-Doo himself on Heroes Wiki).
The true evil of the entire Star Wars series, Emperor Palpatine succesfully managed to instigate a massive xenophobia of the Jedi, dupe numerous people into helping him, and gain power through numerous evil and wicked means. He managed to control both the state, and the separatist movement opposed to the state. He was responsible for the deaths of billions. He went as far to say that going against him as a person would be treason. He expressed no care for even his Sith apprentices! He ditched Darth Maul, he let Anakin kill Darth Tyrannus, and he gave Luke the opportunity to kill Darth Vader. If I could use two words other than "Emperor" and "Palpatine" to describe him, it would be "Pure" and "Evil".
Yes, absolutely. His mastery of charisma and manipulation was astonishing. His true nature as a tyrannical Sith Lord who was against the state he managed still boggles my mind knowing it could happen. As a human being, there is nothing good about him at all. Which is why he is a great villain.
At first i was thinking how many times this guy lost the VFH Headline competition. I was originally not feeling Palpatine as headlined. Then i was thinking that this guy is one of the biggest villains of the Star Wars series just like Vader. So why not? He seems like a interesting villain to be having up there, even though i never was a big fan of Stars Wars. Why not. Plus he lost the VFH competition sometimes, lets give him some love shall we.
No, it's too soon to add Palpatine to VFH when episode 9 is yet to be released. There is no better time to make a SW villain for VFH when a film or important work of the franchise is released.
I rarely downvote candidates here, but I'll make a exception this time. Not only we already have too many Star Wars villains headlined already (including Darth Vader, the most popular one), it seems people are still trying to force-headline candidates despite the "no same candidates two months in a row" rule we have in place. Not only that, people are just going for popularity instead of wether the villain is actually good/interesting or not.
I am pretty sure we only have two Star Wars villains headlined and that's Grievous and Vader. It's reallly odd to have Grievous headlined and not have Palpatine headlined. Yes he lost a few times the VFH fight, but i think he deserves to be headlined, simply because this is the pretty much Head villain with Vader in the Star Wars saga.
I am down voting this villain because it seem's that his evil acts are mainly created because of racism. I do not think this wikia makes a good representation if we have a racist villain headlined. It simply isn't needed up there. Racism really isn't a good way of representing a wikia. In all honestly, i always though racism is one of the most idiotic movements made by humans. Plus you can find the N word on this page a lot, which is against wikia guidelines. So it wouldn't be nice to mess around there. Also just saw that this guy is fighting for white people's powers, and against his own people which is so sensless to me why should we have a racist self-hating villain headlined.

Although they cancelled Transformers 6, it would still be fun to get a Transformers villain out their, since we haven’t yet had one. Paramount is also taking a more G-1 based concept, like how Bumblebee was made, so we should take a look at the G-1 Transformers. Also, I’m shocked that Megatron hasn’t been headlined yet. Firstly, it’s awesome! Secondly, he’s one of the prominent villains of 80’s TV, like Cobra Commander and Shredder. So, let’s give Megatron his long-deserved time in the sun.
