Vilmos Egans was the Minister of Kaznia's commerce and a minor antagonist in Batman Beyond.
Egans arrived in Gotham to meet with Derek Powers . Vilmos wanted to buy the illegal nerve gas from Powers so he could use it on the borders of resistance. Powers showed him the photos of the nerve gas' effects on his employee Tully. Vilmos was impressed after seeing the effects on Tully and a plant. He purchased several quantites of the gas and expected Mr. Fixx to deliver them. Terry McGinnis dressed as Batman stopped Mr. Fixx and Egans never received the gas.
