Vincent Ragni is a recurring character in Power. Starting off as a supporting antagonist in season 5 and one of the two secondary antagonists in season 6 (along with Andre Coleman)
Biography[]
Season 5[]
Vincent is first seen when Tommy and Samuel go to meet him at his bar, he and tommy talk about being business partners, Vincent agrees and they shake hands. He is later seen again as he stairs at the corpse of his godson Carmine he is shocked and tells Tommy that it is coming out the drug supply and Tommy accepts glad that Vincent is not going to kill him. He is next seen when Teresi gets out of prison as he and other mafia members celebrate his release, his right-hand man Nicola then says that nobody gets released that quick without snitching but Vincent declines and says that he did 25 years for them and never said anything and that most of the guys he could snitch on are dead
Season 6[]
He texts Tariq telling him to get his drugs and is later seen talking to tommy about their drug supply he gives tommy a bottle of drugs that are shockingly his he questions Vincent about how he got the drugs. He then tells Tommy that Tariq is supplying him and tells Tommy to get out of his bar. He gives Tariq another text telling him that he wants double the product, Tariq gets the drugs and he meets Vincent, and he tells Tariq that he is going through a lot of trouble helping him out and tells him not to mess with his drug supply and Tariq says he is a man of his word. He is later seen kidnapping Tariq telling him that the drugs he gave him was baby aspirin and that he messed with his money and drugs. He texts Ghost and Tommy through Tariq’s Phone so that they wouldn’t suspect that he kidnapped Tariq, he tells Ghost and Tommy that he setup both of them and that he wants 2 million dollars or he will kill Tariq and that they both have 24 hours to get his money. They bring 1 million dollars to him and he is disappointed and beats Tariq with a bag of oranges and tells them that they have 24 more hours to get his money or Tariq dies. Ghost and Tommy meet with Vincent and they give him his 2 million dollars he hands over Tariq and he pulls out his gun and says that he has killed people for less than what Tariq did to him and Ghost has Benny (Joe Proctor’s Cousin) tell Vincent to back off or they will go at war, Vincent leaves with his money. He is later seen again as Ghost pushes him against a wall and disarms him telling that he should kill him for what he did to Tariq, but Ghost does not do it and tells Vincent that he needs a favor and Vincent asks what and Ghost says he needs a burner in the prison that 2-Bit and Spanky are in and he does the favor. He shows up at benny’s house soon after his disappearance and is blamed for benny’s death but he says he did not kill Benny and has his men stand at the house, he is later contacted by Tariq about Tommy’s location, he and his men trap Tommy but tommy puts up fight against the mobsters and kills Vincent’s men before Vincent emerges from behind tommy with a gun in his hand pointed at Tommy, he tells Tommy that he trusts the wrong people and tells him that Tariq told him his location and Tommy grabs Vincent’s Gun and beats him to death before shooting him in the head.
