Biography[]
Ten years after the last don, Al "The Mortician" Palermo, was arrested in 1995, Vincent Tuzzi took over the Palermo Mob and had connections to a mole within the PDNY.
Detective Marcus Reed was investigating the death of Terry Higgins and to learn about the mole. After interrogating two members of the Mafia, Reed meets Tuzzi at the Fitness Club on Wall Street and gives him a jar of teeth belonging to Tuzzi's right-hand man, Alfie. Vincent then exits the club, leaving his goons and his partner Candy to take care of Reed.
Reed confronts Tuzzi at the work site of the Tower of Pisa on Broadway and 10th, who attempts to escape with some fake money before heading for the top of the site. After shooting his way through a bunch of Tuzzi's goons, Reed confronts Tuzzi on the roof where the don tries to kill him with a crane. However, Reed destroys the crane and interrogates Tuzzi, who reveals that the mole did deals over the phone and spoke with a Spanish accent before getting handcuffed.
