The Vinsmoke Family (in Japanese: ヴィンスモーク家, Vinsumōku-ke) is a powerful and notorious family of mercenary killers, the royal family of the Germa Kingdom, commanders of its military branch and underworld army Germa 66 and former conquerors and rulers of the North Blue 300 years ago, until 66 days later, they were overthrown by the countries of North Blue. Sanji, chef of the Straw Hat Pirates, once hailed from this family but disowned them twice from 13 years ago and Big Mom's betrayal (except for Reiju who is the only full benevolent member of the family) besides they made peace with each other after Judge, Ichiji, Niji and Yonji learned from their mistakes and swore to never torment Sanji again. They, along with their organization, Germa 66, are secondary antagonist and later anti-hero group of the Whole Cake Island arc, and antagonists and later anti-heroes of the second arc of the Yonko saga and one of the allies of the Straw Hat Pirates during the Final Saga, from the manga/anime series One Piece. However, They redeemed themselves (in the case of Judge, Ichiji, Niji and Yonji) after Big Mom deceived them for an alliance before they join forces with the Straw Hats and Fire Tank Pirates alliance and later became Straw Hats allies for the rest of the series.

It was later revealed that their involvement with the Big Mom Pirates had caused the Germa Kingdom to completely lose their membership in the World Government and because of this all the members of the family received a bounty and were wanted by the World Government.

The Vinsmoke Family (except Niji and Yonji) momentarily escaped from Totto-Land. Ichiji and Reiju were sent to Whole Cake Island to rescue both Niji and Yonji. They also managed to escaped from Katakuri and Oven with the help of Caesar Clown. The Vinsmoke children and Caesar escaped. Judge and Caesar initially fought until they formed an alliance and created an organization known as NEO MADS due to their overall hatred towards Vegapunk.
