Viola Cadaverini (Japanese: Urami Shikabane) is a character featured in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations case "Recipe for Turnabout". She alongside Jean Armstrong, was an accomplice of Furio Tigre in the murder of Glen Elg and tried to pin the blame on Maggy Byrde.
In the Ace Attorney anime, she was voiced by Saori Hayami in Japanese and by Madeleine Morris in the English dub.
History[]
Accident[]
Viola was involved in an accident in which her car collided with Furio Tigre scooter. She ended up being hospitalized for suffering a head-trauma, and the operation that was requested to save her life was one million dollars. This ended up causing her grandfather Bruto Cadaverini to demand Tigre for paying the bill.
After the surgery, Tigre took care of her and she ended up working for him in Tender Lender not knowing that he was the one who caused the accident and only doing this out of fear for her grandfather.
The Murder[]
On the day of the murder, after Tigre kills Glen Elg for winning the lottery and having enough to pay the bills for the surgeon, he asked her to set up a fake murder to cover up his murder of killing Elg by pinning the blame on Maggey. She posses as Maggey by sprinkling powder in the coffee so that she could serve it to Furio who was posing as Glen and after pretending he has won the lottery, he took a sip of the coffee. He then pretended to feel the effect of the potassium cyanide that was in the coffee and died.
Victor Kudo who was the only witnessed at the restaurant later testified the court about the fake murder made by Furio Tigre and Viola Cadaverini.
After Furio Tigre's arrested for the murder of Glen Elg, she implied that she put poison inside food to serve Tigre in prison, and while she was an accomplish to Tigre, no charges was given to her and she ended up became the new owner of Tender Lender.
