The Virtue Corp. are the main antagonists of of Glitch Production's 2025 horror-comedy series The Gaslight District. It is an authoritative regime lead by the Angel Mother and commanded by Diligence to watch over the Rotlings and punish any of them for stepping out of line by casting them into the Inferno. They also prepare for the prophecy that predicts the extinction of the Rotlings.
Biography[]
Eons ago, according to scriptures written along the walls of Paradise Lost, the Virtue Corp. was originally formed to defeat the Angel Mother and her army of angels. After a long battle, the Virtues ended up winning, and the Angels surrendered to form a temporary alliance. However, according to another scripture written in heaven, the Angel Mother plans to betray the Virtues when the time arises. For now, the Virtues established a fortress between Heaven and earth called Paradise Lost that also serves as the Angel's primary resting grounds.
After the war, the Virtues would serve as the enforcers of Heaven's twisted beliefs and subjugating Rotlings to never ending torture within the Inferno. The Angels on the other hand would watch over the Rotlings as they worship a new deity called the Black Hand.
