Visquis
Visquis is a villain from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. He is a Quarren crime lord working for the Exchange and enslaving, tormenting and terrolizing the Refugee Sector on Nar Shaddaa, becoming it's overseer. But he later works for Vogga the Hutt along with Bounty Hunter Hanharr.
When the Jedi Knight Meetra Surik arrived on Nar Shaddaa in search of one of Jedi Master Zez-Kai Ell, one of the remaining Jedi masters that had escaped the first and great Jedi Purge during the Dark Wars, this attracted the attention of the Exchange, and it attracted their attention even more when Surik caused a lot of trouble for the Exchange, killing Quarren crime lord Saquesh and ending the Exchange's and the Serroco thug's grip on the Refugee Sector, wiping out all of Visquis's minions and thug and all of the Serreco thugs and their leader. Visquis sent a message to Meetra Surik and arranged a meeting between them both in Visquis's secret lair deep inside the secret hidden Jekk-Jekk Tarr tunnels, secretly arranging a trap for the Jedi, using Suirk as bait to capture Surik, bring the Jedi to Goto and then (under what Vogga had been ordering for them to do secretly) kill Goto. Their plan failed, as Mira eventually stepped in their way, defeating and wounding Hanharr, and escaping and allowing the exile to enter the base from inside.
Meetra then killed the way to Visquis and before Visquis could set out their plan, he ordered his Ubese bounty hunters to attack, but they were truly working for Goto and learning that Visquis had betrayed him, Goto ordered them to kill him, and they did.
