Vivian Tremblay is one of the main antagonists of the S.W.A.T. episode "Unraveling" along with William Chen. She worked alongside William Chen in running a sweatshop in Los Angeles to receive profits for her business called Tremblay.

Biography[]

Vivian Tremblay met with William Chen and partnered together to help build her business. To maintain her clothing brand for her business, Tremblay, she allowed for Chinese workers to work in a sweatshop facilitated by William Chen. The workers would be abused and beaten as they are forced to create clothing products for Tremblay's business. Some workers would also be killed if they go against their orders. Vivian and William noticed a woman named LaToya Turner helping out one of the sweatshop workers, Grace, escape from them. The two individuals conspired to allow a flash-mob robbery take place at a shopping center to allow an assassin to enter into the fray to kill LaToya Turner during the incident which succeeded. As David "Deacon" Kay grieves over the death LaToya Turner and believed that he accidentally killed her, the investigation revealed that an assailant killed her. During the LAPD S.W.A.T. investigation, the found leads to show that LaToya's murder was connected to a sweatshop operation in Los Angeles.

As Deacon and Street made their way into Vivian's business to arrest her, Vivian ended her phone call to Chen quickly and tried to destroy her phone and evidence of her phone call by dropping it into the toilet. At the police station where she is interrogated, she lies and denies any involvement in the sweatshop operation. Hondo offered her an opportunity to be let off on minimal consequences if she can tell them about where the workers are. Vivian contemplated the suggestion and agreed to it by providing a lot of information on the operation and its location allowing for LAPD S.W.A.T. to stop Chen and his underlings from relocating to another location with the workers and saving Grace's brother, Park Lin. As Chen is arrested by LAPD S.W.A.T. and taken into the police station, Vivian leaves and the two glare at one another. She briefly encounters a mildly frustrated Deacon who is upset at the idea that she gets to walk out of the police station without any consequences for her crimes. However, Bob Hicks tells Deacon that she has not dodged all the charges coming at her for her role in the sweatshop operation.
