Biography[]
Season 1[]
Vivian Vanch took care of her boyfriend Cyrus Vanch's criminal business while he was in prison. After Cyrus was released from prison, they planned to take advantage of the power vacuum in Starling City by gaining control of the leaderless Chinese Triad and Bertinelli crime family. To draw out the vigilante, they kidnapped Laurel Lance and kept her tied up in their mansion, while a huge group of armed mercenaries guarded the perimeter. The Hood managed to break into the mansion, but was captured by a thug as he had run out of arrows. As Vivian and Cyrus prepared to execute The Hood, Detective Quentin Lance arrived, killed the last thug, and arrested Cyrus. Vivian grabbed a gun and tried to shoot The Hood, but he quickly disarmed her and knocked her out. Cyrus and Vivian were incarcerated at Iron Heights.
