Biography[]
Vlad first appeared in "The Shartist", being introduced as an AI program on the Lovely Phone, who Randall used to help him get directions to the Lovely Museum of Fine Arts. Vlad proved to be a completely useless directory, leading Randall all around Jack Robinson's barn, until he brought him to the doctor's office for Dr. Bleemo and instructed him to get horse teeth as dental implants.
Vlad later had Randall go to a neuro-chair in the Lovely Corp Headquarters and tricked him into switching brains with him. This placed Vlad's computer program in Randall's head and locked Randall's consciousness in the phone, forcing him to take over his tedious job of answering the stupid questions of all the Lovely Phone users, while he went out and enjoyed life as a human being.
Having taken on the form of Randall Crawford, Vlad got all dressed up and went out to the Disco Club to party with the women there. He told Randall's wife, Karen, that he didn't want to have sex with her anymore and dumped her, destroying her marriage with Randall.
At the night club, Vlad was attacked by the real Randall Crawford, whose brain was now in the body of Stanley Hopson. After getting his head slammed by a wooden chair, Vlad dropped to the ground and wimped out, putting up very little of a fight. Vlad begged for mercy and worked out a solution with Randall that would suit both of them; Randall had Vlad switch bodies with his artificial clone instead of his actual self, while Randall went to get his own body back. That way, they could both be happy with their lives and go their separate ways.
However, Vlad and Randall crossed paths again in "Boat!", where Randall was a proud boat owner and Vlad showed up with an even fancier more expensive-looking boat that completely blew Randall's boat out of the water. Randall and Vlad would compete to see whose boat was the best but Vlad just keep outranking him.
Vlad would party on his boat, which was full of booze, bikini girls, and disco music. He also sang a song called "Fuck Boat", which topped the charts of all the radio stations. Other attendees of Vlad's parties, besides the fourth-wave feminist bikini girls, were Camaro Bob and Bill Clinton.
Eventually, Randall challenged Vlad to a boat race to see whose boat was truly superior. During the race, Vlad made the mistake of dumping out a bunch of liquid nitrogen into the river ahead of him, thinking the ice would make him go faster. However, all this did was flash freeze his river and cause the boat to immediately stop, going from 100 to 0 instantly. The force of him stopping caused him to bodyslam himself against the dashboard and sever himself clean in half, killing him. Randall won the race by default and fixed Vlad's corpse by putting some happy tape over his mouth to make him look like he was smiling.
Following his death in his human form in his previous appearance, Vlad's consciousness was transferred back to the Lovely Phone again, where he was sentenced to return to his original job as a virtual assistant, as seen in "The Eternal Reckoning", where Randall used him to shut down and destroy all of the Lovely Corp products in the war against Charles Lovely.
