Vladimir Golyak, also known as "The Wolf", is a major antagonist of Crackdown. He is the kingpin of The Volk running oil production in The Den, one of the districts controlled by the gangs in Pacific City. he serves as the main antagonist of the Volk arc.

Vladimir Golyak was a ruthless leader who, thanks to his contacts while working as a mercenary, founded The Volk, a criminal organization terrorizing Pacific City. In one of the districts of Pacific City, The Den, Golyak ran the oil rig production. According to in-game file, he began his work as mercenary in Afghanistan around April 1996.
