Vladamir Putin is the overarching antagonist of the reboot of the ITV series Spitting Image.
He is based on the real life President of Russia during the course of the reboot, whose invasion of Ukraine, attacks on free speech and other violent controversies are the subject of much parody.
He was voiced by Billy West, who also voiced Richard Nixon, Leo Wong, Professtro, and the Round Wheels and Lobster versions of Dr. Zoidberg in Futurama, as well as Ren Höek and Evil Ren in Ren & Stimpy and Mo, Lar, and Cur in The New Batman Adventures.

Putin is depicted as an exaggeratedly short Caucasian man, who wears punk collars and bracelets. He is tattooed, some of which say "KGB" and "THUG LIFE". He is given a blonde receding hairline and wears cargo trousers.

Putin is summoned by then-Foreign Minister Liz Truss, who had intended to summon Satan, but instead got Putin as Satan had been indisposed. Truss claims that she wants to have glamorous power, and access to Brad Pitt.
In a later episode following Joe Biden's successful electoral campaign, Donald Trump leaves Putin in a cupboard as a prank for the incoming premier. Putin escapes the cupboard and twists Biden's nipples.
The Rest is Bullsh!t[]
In the vodcast spinoff, Putin is seen calling Trump as a prank call and gets him to say embarrassing things.
